Objective:To investigate the effect of using audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing checkups for regulation nurses.Methods:The period was April 2023–April 2024,and a random...Objective:To investigate the effect of using audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing checkups for regulation nurses.Methods:The period was April 2023–April 2024,and a randomized controlled group study was carried out in which 76 regulation nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 38 regulation nurses in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the research group used audible thinking combined with the case teaching method,comparing the two groups’independent learning ability scores,assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results:Independent learning ability score:after teaching,the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);Assessment results:the research group was considerably higher than the control group(P<0.05);Teaching satisfaction:the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of audible thinking combined with the case teaching method in the teaching of nursing room visits for trained nurses can improve independent learning ability and assessment results and increase teaching satisfaction.展开更多

Methods: 30 students from the Rheumatology Department from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected into the control group (January 2019 to May 2020), observation group (June 2020 to October 2021, from each group).The control group used traditional pedagogy, and the observation group used clinical case pedagogy. The two groups of teaching effect evaluation scores, teaching quality related scores and diagnosis and treatment ability scores before and after teaching were compared, and the self-made satisfaction scale was used to evaluate the standard-trainee satisfaction with the teaching method. Results: the scores of communication ability, learning enthusiasm, teamwork, diagnosis and treatment theoretical knowledge, and prescription issuance in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, which were statistically significant (P <0.05).The scores of the five indicators of teachers 'attitude, teaching ability, teaching content, students' teaching content mastery degree and overall evaluation in the teaching quality of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Before teaching, the diagnosis and treatment ability scores between the two groups were not significant (P> 0.05);After treatment, the diagnosis and treatment ability scores were higher than the control group, respectively (P <0.05).The observation group was more satisfied than the control group, which was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: the application of clinical case teaching method of clinical teaching of rheumatism immunology is remarkable, which can improve the teaching effect and teaching quality, improve the diagnosis and treatment ability, and the high recognition of teaching method, which is worth promoting.展开更多

Methods: a total of 116 psychiatric nursing students from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly ...Objective: to study the effect of case teaching method and role play in psychiatric nursing teaching. Methods: a total of 116 psychiatric nursing students from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 58 in each group. The conventional group was taught by traditional methods, while the experimental group was taught by case method and role play. The application effects were compared. Results: the theoretical knowledge of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group (p < 0.05), and the scores of each ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group (p < 0.05). 94.83% of the students think it can improve the communication ability between nursing staff and patients, 93.10% of the students think it can improve the learning interest, 89.66% of the students think it can help them develop independent thinking ability, 88.79% of the students think it can improve their learning initiative and develop their independent learning ability, 86.21% of the students think it can improve their cooperation ability, knowledge understanding and memory. Conclusion: in the process of psychiatric nursing teaching, the use of case teaching method and role play can improve students' interest in learning, help students to improve their own level of understanding of psychiatric nursing, and can be actively applied in nursing teaching.展开更多

Methods: a total of 124 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibu...Objective: to explore the value of applying case teaching method to the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in colleges and universities. Methods: a total of 124 students majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion from 2019 to 2020 in our university were selected as the experimental subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the digital parity method. During the course of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, routine teaching mode and case teaching method were used to implement the teaching. The differences in teaching effect, students' examination scores and students' satisfaction degree among the groups were counted. Results: the scores of practical ability and comprehensive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of theoretical, practical and case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (p < 0.05). The scores of teaching contents, teaching methods and teachers' satisfaction indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: case-based teaching method can effectively improve students' assessment results and comprehensive ability, increase their satisfaction with the teaching model, and at the same time, it can fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and initiative, which is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect, and is suitable for further promotion and reference.展开更多

Methods: 56 students from one class of 2018 in the five-year p...Objective: explore the application value of hierarchical and progressive case teaching in clinical teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 56 students from one class of 2018 in the five-year program of traditional Chinese medicine major of our school were selected as the research objects from March to June 2022. One class was randomly selected as the observation group, and the other was the control group, with 28 students in each class. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted the hierarchical progressive case teaching method to evaluate the assessment results, teaching effects and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results: the assessment pass rate of the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group by 82.14% (P 0.05). The teaching satisfaction rate was 100.0%, 96.43%, 100.0%, 100.0% and 96.43%, significantly higher than the control group, 82.14%, 78.57%, 82.14%, 78.57% and 78.57% (P 0.05). The suitability of the teaching mode of the observation group and the active recognition of classroom atmosphere were 100.0% and 100.0% were significantly higher than 60.00% and 50.00% (P 0.05) in the teaching mode of teachers (P> 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of hierarchical and progressive case teaching method in the clinical teaching of TCM gynecology can improve students assessment performance, improve the effect of classroom teaching, and obtain the recognition of teachers.
