目的:基于上皮细胞-间充质细胞转分化(EMT)学说观察化纤Ⅳ号方、艾灸以及二者相配合治疗肺纤维化大鼠Collagen TypeⅢ(Ⅲ-C)和PDGF的变化,探讨其治疗效应及生物学机制。方法:将鼠龄约为6周的SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、化纤Ⅳ号方... 目的:基于上皮细胞-间充质细胞转分化(EMT)学说观察化纤Ⅳ号方、艾灸以及二者相配合治疗肺纤维化大鼠Collagen TypeⅢ(Ⅲ-C)和PDGF的变化,探讨其治疗效应及生物学机制。方法:将鼠龄约为6周的SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、化纤Ⅳ号方组、艾灸组、化纤Ⅳ号方与艾灸配合治疗组(简称为"灸药组"),治疗30 d后处死观察其肺组织病理改变,并检测其Collagen TypeⅢ、PDGF的基因和蛋白表达情况。结果:实时荧光定量结果显示:与空白组相比,各组Ⅲ-C和PDGF m RNA表达增高(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,各组的Ⅲ-C和PDGF m RNA表达有明显降低(P<0.01)。而各组中,灸药组疗效最明显,Ⅲ-C和PDGF的表达最低。蛋白免疫印迹法检测结果显示:与模型组相比各组的Ⅲ-C蛋白表达有差异。结论:1艾灸、化纤Ⅳ号方均可减轻博莱霉素诱导肺纤维化大鼠的肺纤维化程度。2艾灸配合化纤Ⅳ号方可减轻博莱霉素诱导肺纤维化大鼠的肺纤维化程度,且其效果优于单用艾灸或单用化纤Ⅳ号方。3艾灸、化纤Ⅳ号方及其二者配合使用不同程度阻抑博莱霉素诱导肺纤维化大鼠肺纤维化进程的效应机制,可能与通过调控其EMT过程中的Ⅲ-C和PDGF表达环节紧密相关。 展开更多

METHODS: The concentrations of serum HA, PCⅢ, C... OBJECTIVE: To assess the significance of serum hyaluronic acid (HA), proeollagen type Ⅲ (PCⅢ), collagen type Ⅳ (CⅣ) in the histological diagnosis of liver fibrosis. METHODS: The concentrations of serum HA, PCⅢ, CⅣ in 253 patients with chronic liver diseases were measured by radioimmunoassay. Liver biopsies were performed in all patients at the same time. The liver was pathologically evaluated by a pathologist according to a scoring system. Combined with the results of liver pathological diagnosis, the accuracy of serum HA, PCⅢ, CⅣ in diagnosing patients with hepatic fibrosis (staging≥S_2) or cirrhosis (S_4) was assessed using the receiver operating curve (ROC). RESULTS: The cutoff values of serum HA, PCⅢ and CⅣ for identifying patients with hepatic fibrosis (≥S_2) or cirrhosis (S_4) were determined. The cutoff values of serum HA, PCⅢ and CⅣ for detecting patients with fibrosis (stage≥S_2) were 90μg/L, 90μg/L, 75μg/L, respectively; their sensitivity (Se) was 80.4%, 82%, 63.1%; their specificity (Spe) was 70.2%, 60.8%, 83.8%; their positive predictive values (PPV) were 86.7%, 83.5%, 90.4%; their negative predictive values (NPV) were 59.8%, 58.4%, 48.4%, respectively. The cutoff values for detecting patients with liver cirrhosis were 210μg/L for HA, 96.2% for Se, 85.3% for Spe, 65.4% for PPV, 98.8% for NPV; 150μg/L for PCⅢ, 76.4% for Se, 68.7% for Spe, 40.4% for PPV, 91.3% for NPV; 90μg/L for CⅣ, 80% for Se, 75.8% for Spe, 47.8% for PPV, 93.2% for NPV, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Serum HA, PCⅢ and CⅣ can be determined for an accurate diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis in various stages. HA is the best for screening liver cirrhosis. 展开更多

在再生医学领域,已经有很多人考虑在将来用干/祖细胞治疗急慢性肾功能衰竭。但是,要使这种治疗方案行之有效,需要了解关于患病肾脏肾小管发育的细胞生物学信息。与干/祖细胞治疗急慢性肾功能衰竭相关尚待明晰的细胞生物学问题包括:①干... 在再生医学领域,已经有很多人考虑在将来用干/祖细胞治疗急慢性肾功能衰竭。但是,要使这种治疗方案行之有效,需要了解关于患病肾脏肾小管发育的细胞生物学信息。与干/祖细胞治疗急慢性肾功能衰竭相关尚待明晰的细胞生物学问题包括:①干/祖细胞的整合。②干/祖细胞的定向分化类型。③新形成肾小管的空间构成。为了更好的了解这项技术的相关机制,文章应用了先进的培养技术在人工非细胞外基质材料界面条件下构建肾小管。将新生兔肾来源的干/祖细胞用多层聚酯纤维网覆盖,放置在灌注培养器中,用含1×10-7mol/L醛固酮的新鲜合成的在DMEM基础上改良的IMDM培养基诱导培养13d。扫描电镜下,在大豆凝集素、银染和抗Ⅲ型胶原或层粘连蛋白γ1单克隆抗体标记的全标本包埋爬片或冰冻切片上观察肾小管的生长情况。扫描电镜观察结果显示,新生成的肾小管完全被基底膜覆盖,纤维网状板有大量的纤维与生成的肾小管基底面和周围人工聚酯材料相互交联。抗Ⅲ型胶原染色和银染结果表明,在新生成的肾小管的基底膜和邻近的人工聚酯材料间有大量的纤维交织,在发育成熟的肾小管中有与新生成肾小管相同排列形式的Ⅲ型胶原纤维。以上实验结果说明,Ⅲ胶原是联系新生成的肾小管基底面和人工基质聚酯纤维的分子纽带。 展开更多

复方玄驹胶囊联合西药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍有效性和安全性的meta分析

目的:系统评价复方玄驹胶囊联合常规西药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索中文数据库包括中国知网数据库、维普数据库、万方数字化期刊信息检索系统、读秀学术搜索系统与超星电子图书信息检索系统、... 目的:系统评价复方玄驹胶囊联合常规西药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索中文数据库包括中国知网数据库、维普数据库、万方数字化期刊信息检索系统、读秀学术搜索系统与超星电子图书信息检索系统、方正Apabi电子图书等数据库,英文数据库包括Google学术搜索、Web of Science数据库、Scopus数据库、PubMed数据库建库至2024年4月符合条件的中英文文献,并依据Cochrane Handbook要求使用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果:共检索到符合条件的文献16篇,其中复方玄驹胶囊联合西药治疗组742例,西药治疗组742例。meta分析结果显示,复方玄驹胶囊联合常规西药对于Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍的临床有效率显著高于单纯西药组(MD=6.19, 95%CI:4.63~8.28,P<0.01),对于生活质量的改善方面单纯西药治疗组优于复方玄驹胶囊联合常规西药治疗组(MD=-1.94, 95%CI:-2.47~-1.40,P<0.01),对于美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数表(NIH-CPSI)评分单纯西药治疗组优于复方玄驹胶囊联合常规西药治疗组(MD=-3.92, 95%CI:-4.94~-2.91,P<0.01),对于国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分方面复方玄驹胶囊联合常规西药治疗组优于单纯西药治疗组(MD=2.90, 95%CI:0.90~4.89,P=0.004),不良反应方面,复方玄驹胶囊联合常规西药与单纯西药治疗组没有统计学差异(MD=0.03, 95%CI:-0.01~0.08,P=0.12),对于结果的有效率进行发表偏倚性分析,发现该漏斗图左右两侧不完全对称,提示可能存在发表偏倚性。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合西药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并勃起功能障碍,总有效率优于单纯西药治疗,可以改善患者勃起功能,有较高的安全性,但是对于患者的生活质量改善及NIH-CPSI评分不及西药对照组。 展开更多

研究转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、Ⅲ型胶原(Collagen-Ⅲ)在牦牛感染细粒棘球蚴导致肝纤维化中的表达及其意义。收集西藏地区40例细粒棘球蚴感染的牦牛肝组织和血清样本,同时收集未感染的肝组织和血清进行对照。采用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色... 研究转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、Ⅲ型胶原(Collagen-Ⅲ)在牦牛感染细粒棘球蚴导致肝纤维化中的表达及其意义。收集西藏地区40例细粒棘球蚴感染的牦牛肝组织和血清样本,同时收集未感染的肝组织和血清进行对照。采用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色法和天狼猩红染色法观察牦牛肝脏病理变化和肝纤维化程度;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和免疫组化法(IHA)分别检测肝组织和血清中TGF-β1、Collagen-Ⅲ的表达水平及分布;RT-PCR检测肝细胞内TGF-β1和Collagen-Ⅲ基因mRNA的相对表达水平。HE染色和天狼猩红染色结果显示,与未感染细粒棘球蚴病牦牛肝组织相比,感染棘球蚴周围的肝组织肝界板细胞破坏,呈虫蚀状,感染肝组织外围纤维化,细粒棘球蚴寄生的牦牛肝脏组织引起组织增生,纤维化;ELISA结果显示感染细粒棘球蚴牦牛血清样中细胞因子TGF-β1、Collagen-Ⅲ的含量明显超过未感染组(P<0.05),且免疫组化的结果显示它们的表达主要存在于细胞基质中;RT-PCR显示细粒棘球蚴感染肝组织中TGF-β1、Collagen-Ⅲ的mRNA相对表达量超出未感染组(P<0.05)。结果表明,细粒棘球蚴感染期间TGF-β1、Collagen-Ⅲ在细粒棘球蚴感染引起的肝纤维化中起重要作用。 展开更多

In the screening tests of drugs for silicosis in our laboratory, we found that TT, a type of alkaloid isolated from Stephania tetrandra, could inhibit the development of experimental silicosis of rats and the synthesis of collagen in rat lung. Chest X-rays of silicotic patients treaied with TT for 1-3 years showed obvious changes. The silicotic nodules became smallel and shadows became clearer. PVNO was proved to have anti-silicotic effect on animal and clinically. This presentation reports the effect of them on collagen mRNA.Dot blot results showed that 1 (Ⅰ) and 1 (Ⅲ) mRNA levels increased significantly at 60 and 120 days after the rats were exposed to silica dust. The mRNA levels went down at 1 and 3 months after treated by TT and PVNO. In situ hybridization observation revealed that the silver grains of Type Ⅰand Type Ⅲ collagen were scattered within the fibroblasts in cellular nodules and in thickened interstitium of silicosis tissue. The amounts of mRNA silver grains decreased in the lung tissue treated by TT and PVNO. It was suggested that TT and PVNO may inhibil the gene expression of collagen during silicosis 展开更多

Detection of Ⅴ,Ⅲ and Ⅰ Type Collagens of Dermal Tissues in Skin Lesions of Patients with Systemic Sclerosis and Its Implication 被引量:3

This study investigated the contents and distribution of collagen Ⅴ (Col Ⅴ) in skin lesions of the patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) and its roles in the pathogenesis. The contents and distribution for α1 chain of collagen type Ⅰ, Ⅲ and V [α1 (Ⅰ), α1 (Ⅲ) and α1 (Ⅴ)] in skin lesions of 36 patients with SSc (9 cases of mild fibrosis, 14 moderate, and 13 severe) were detected by using im- munohistochemical SP method. Six cases of normal skin tissues served as controls. The results showed that there was diffuse distribution for three kinds of collagens in dermis. The deep staining α1 (Ⅰ) and α1 (Ⅲ) masses or bands were seen in reticular layer, while α1 (Ⅴ) was distributed more ho- mogeneously. From control to weak, moderate and severe fibrosis stages, α1 (Ⅰ), α1 (Ⅲ) and α1 (V) showed a gradually increased trend in skin lesions (P〈0.05). α1 (Ⅴ) was obviously elevated in skin lesions at early stage and persisted in whole fibrotic process and risen in greater contents, while α1 (Ⅰ) and α1 (Ⅲ) were to go higher late and were apparently elevated at moderate and late stages. Com- pared with α1 (Ⅰ), α1 (Ⅴ) took leading increase at early stage in skin lesions (P〈0.01), and had more elevated contents than α1 (Ⅲ) at moderate and late stages. The fibrotic changes in dermal reticular layer occurred earlier than those in papillary layer, and the abnormalities of α1 (Ⅴ)/α1 (I) ratio ap- peared before α1 (Ⅲ)/α1 (Ⅰ) ratio. It was concluded that a lot of α1 (Ⅴ) began to deposit in greater contents prior to α1 (Ⅰ) and α1 (Ⅲ) at early stage in SSc and persisted in whole fibrotic process. The changes of α1 (Ⅴ) contents in reticular layer occurred earlier than those in papillary layer, and it sug- gested that the fibrosis in reticular layer appeared earlier. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Photoaging,a result of chronic sun exposure,leads to skin damage and pigmentation changes.Traditional treatments may have limitations in high-altitude areas like Yunnan Province.Intradermal Col Ⅰ injections stimulate collagen production,potentially improving skin quality.This study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of this treatment for photoaging.AIM To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intradermal typeΙcollagen(ColΙ)injection for treating photoaging.METHODS This prospective,self-controlled study investigated the impact of intradermal injections of ColΙon skin photodamage in 20 patients from the Yunnan Province.Total six treatment sessions were conducted every 4 wk±3 d.Before and after each treatment,facial skin characteristics were quantified using a VISIA skin detector.Skin thickness data were assessed using the ultrasound probes of the Dermalab skin detector.The Face-Q scale was used for subjective evaluation of the treatment effect by the patients.RESULTS The skin thickness of the right cheek consistently increased after each treatment session compared with baseline.The skin thickness of the left cheek significantly increased after the third through sixth treatment sessions compared with baseline.The skin thickness of the right zygomatic region increased after the second to sixth treatment sessions,whereas that of the left zygomatic region showed a significant increase after the fourth through sixth treatment sessions.The skin thickness of both temporal regions significantly increased after the fifth and sixth treatment sessions compared with baseline(P<0.05).These findings were also supported by skin ultrasound images.The feature count for the red areas and wrinkle feature count decreased following the treatment(P<0.05).VISIA assessments also revealed a decrease in the red areas after treatment.The Face-QSatisfaction with Facial Appearance Overall and Face-Q-Satisfaction with Skin scores significantly increased after each treatment session.The overall appearance of the patients improved after treatment.CONCLUSION Intradermal ColΙinjection improves photoaging,with higher patient satisfaction and fewer adverse reactions,and could be an effective treatment method for populations residing in high-altitude areas. 展开更多

BACKGROUND In recent years,pure laparoscopic radical surgery for Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅲ and Ⅳ hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCCA)has been preliminarily explored and applied,but the surgical strategy and safety are still worthy of further improvement and attention.AIM To summarize and share the application experience of the emerging strategy of“hepatic hilum area dissection priority,liver posterior separation first”in pure laparoscopic radical resection for patients with HCCA of Bismuth-Corlette types Ⅲ and IV.METHODS The clinical data and surgical videos of 6 patients with HCCA of Bismuth-Corlette types Ⅲ and Ⅳ who underwent pure laparoscopic radical resection in our department from December 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Among the 6 patients,4 were males and 2 were females.The average age was 62.2±11.0 years,and the median body mass index was 20.7(19.2-24.1)kg/m^(2).The preoperative median total bilirubin was 57.7(16.0-155.7)μmol/L.One patient had Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅲa,4 patients had Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅲb,and 1 patient had Bismuth-Corlette type Ⅳ.All patients successfully underwent pure laparoscopic radical resection following the strategy of“hepatic hilum area dissection priority,liver posterior separation first”.The operation time was 358.3±85.0 minutes,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was 195.0±108.4 mL.None of the patients received blood transfusions during the perioperative period.The median length of stay was 8.3(7.0-10.0)days.Mild bile leakage occurred in 2 patients,and all patients were discharged without serious surgery-related complications.CONCLUSION The emerging strategy of“hepatic hilum area dissection priority,liver posterior separation first”is safe and feasible in pure laparoscopic radical surgery for patients with HCCA of Bismuth-Corlette types Ⅲ and Ⅳ.This strategy is helpful for promoting the modularization and process of pure laparoscopic radical surgery for complicated HCCA,shortens the learning curve,and is worthy of further clinical application. 展开更多

Collagen made a tremendous impact in the field of regenerative medicine as a bioactive material.For decades,collagen has been used not only as a scaffolding material but also as an active component in regulating cells'biological behavior and phenotype.However,animal-derived collagen as a major source suffered from problems of immunogenicity,risk of viral infection,and the unclear relationship between bioactive sequence and function.Recombinant humanized collagen(rhCol)provided alternatives for regenerative medicine with more controllable risks.However,the characterization of rhCol and the interaction between rhCol and cells still need further investigation,including cell behavior and phenotype.The current study preliminarily demonstrated that recombinant humanized collagen typeⅢ(rhColⅢ)conformed to the theoretical amino acid sequence and had an advanced structure resembling bovine collagen.Furthermore,rhColⅢcould facilitate basal biological behaviors of human skin fibroblasts,such as adhesion,proliferation and migration.rhColⅢwas beneficial for some extracellular matrix-expressing cell phenotypes.The study would shed light on the mechanism research of rhCol and cell interactions and further understanding of effectiveness in tissue regeneration. 展开更多

Methods The cells were cultured in media containing various concentrations of TGF- β1. Theproliferation and the type Ⅲ collagen mRNA expression of the cells were assayed with MTT method andRT- PCR respectively. Results TGF- β1, has a stimulating proliferation effect with dose- dependence and aincreasing expression of type Ⅲ collagen mRNA with both dose- and time- dependence to the renal fibroblasts. Conclusion It is suggested that TGF- β, is involved in proliferation of renal fibroblasts and their type Ⅲcollagen mRNA expression, and may play an important role in renal interstitial fibrosis. 展开更多

Osteoarthritis(OA)of the knee is a common degenerative articular disorder and is one of the main causes of pain and functional disability.Cartilage damage is frequently linked to elevated osteoarthritis incidence.Supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO2)decellularized cartilage graft produced from the porcine cartilage is an ideal candidate for cartilage tissue engineering.In the present study,we derived collagen type II(Col II)solution from the scCO2 decellularized porcine cartilage graft(dPCG)and compared its efficacy with hyaluronic acid(HA)in the surgical medial meniscectomy(MNX)induced post-traumatic osteoarthritis(PTOA)model.Dose-dependent attenuation of the OA(12.3±0.8)progression was observed in the intra-articular administration of Col II solution(7.3±1.2)which significantly decreased the MNX-induced OA symptoms similar to HA.The pain of the OA group(37.4±2.7)was attenuated dose-dependently by Col II solution(45.9±4.1)similar to HA(43.1±3.5)as evaluated by a capacitance meter.Micro-CT depicted a dose-dependent attenuation of articular cartilage damage by the Col II solution similar to HA treatment.A significant(p<0.001)dose-dependent elevation in the bone volume was also observed in Col II solution-treated OA animals.The protective competence of Col II solution on articular cartilage damage is due to its significant(p<0.001)increase in the expression of type II collagen,aggrecan and SOX-9 similar to HA.To conclude,intra-articular adminis-tration of type II collagen solution and HA reestablished the injured cartilage and decreased osteoarthritis progression in the experimental PTOA model. 展开更多

The allogenic bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation was given to the newborn girl diagnosed with osteogenesis imperfecta type III, with multiple bone fractures, extreme shortness and limbs deformities. The treatment was performed at the age of 4 and 6 weeks. The clinical diagnosis was supported by biochemical analysis of collagen type I recovered from culture medium of cultivated patient’s skin fibroblast, which revealed its triple helix instability at temperature about 2?C lower than normal. Sequencing of both genes encoding procollagen type I revealed heterozygous substitution G23569Ain COL1A2 gene causing change of glycine at position 517 to aspartate. The donor of mesenchymal stem cells was the girl’s father. She received two intravenous infusions of suspended cultured mesenchymal cells in 16 days apart without any side effects. An analysis of procollagen type I secreted to the culture medium by bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells obtained from the patient, 3 months following transplantation revealed its normal triple helix stability. During the subsequent two years of follow up two new bone fractures were noted. Currently a two-year-old girl’s presents extreme growth and weight deficiency. The motoric development is also retarded, but the patient constantly improves and makes progresses. 展开更多

外周血PCⅢ、HPX水平与非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者血脂、肝纤维化的关系

目的探讨外周血Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、血红素结合蛋白(HPX)水平与非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者血脂、肝纤维化的关系。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月该院收治的126例NASH患者作为NASH组,根据肝纤维化程度分为无肝纤维化组(22例)、轻度组... 目的探讨外周血Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、血红素结合蛋白(HPX)水平与非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者血脂、肝纤维化的关系。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月该院收治的126例NASH患者作为NASH组,根据肝纤维化程度分为无肝纤维化组(22例)、轻度组(63例)、中重度组(41例)。另选取同期该院150例体检健康者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测并比较各组外周血PCⅢ、HPX水平,采用Pearson相关分析探讨NASH患者外周血PCⅢ、HPX水平与血脂相关指标的相关性,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估外周血PCⅢ、HPX对NASH患者肝纤维化的预测价值。结果NASH组外周血PCⅢ、HPX水平,以及总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,NASH患者外周血PCⅢ、HPX水平与TC、TG、LDL-C均呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C均呈负相关(P<0.05)。无肝纤维化组外周血PCⅢ、HPX水平低于轻度组、中重度组,且轻度组低于中重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。外周血PCⅢ、HPX预测NASH患者肝纤维化的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.757、0.861,截断值分别为135.51 ng/mL、804.86 mg/L,联合预测的AUC为0.905,高于二者单独预测。结论外周血PCⅢ、HPX水平升高与NASH患者血脂水平、肝纤维化程度密切相关,可作为预测NASH患者肝纤维化的潜在生物标志物。 展开更多

目的:探讨声触诊弹性成像(STE)联合Ⅲ型前胶原N端肽(PⅢNP)、透明质酸(HA)指标评估慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化程度的价值。方法:选取2023年1月—12月淮安市第五人民医院收治的785例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者230... 目的:探讨声触诊弹性成像(STE)联合Ⅲ型前胶原N端肽(PⅢNP)、透明质酸(HA)指标评估慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化程度的价值。方法:选取2023年1月—12月淮安市第五人民医院收治的785例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者230名作为对照组,根据观察组患者肝纤维化程度不同将其分为S_(0)期(162例)、S_(1)期(160例)、S_(2)期(166例)、S_(3)期(155例)、S_(4)期(142例),均行STE检查,测量肝脏硬度值(LSM)。比较对照组与观察组的LSM、PⅢNP、HA水平,比较观察组不同纤维化程度患者的LSM、PⅢNP、HA水平。分析LSM、PⅢNP、HA与慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化程度的相关性。结果:观察组各指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与S_(0)期比,S_(1)期、S_(2)期、S_(3)期、S_(4)期LSM、PⅢNP、HA水平均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),LSM、PⅢNP、HA水平与肝纤维化分期均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者LSM、PⅢNP、HA水平随着肝纤维化加重而升高,STE联合PⅢNP、HA有助于判断慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化程度。 展开更多

Objective To explore the role of serum fibrotic indices including hyaluronic acid (HA), procollagen type Ⅲ NH2-terminal peptide (PCIIIP), and laminin (LN) in assessing the severity of myocardial fibrosis in chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Serum levels of HA, PCIIIP, and LN in 39 patients with CHF E [14 with New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class II, 21 with class Ⅲ, 4 with class Ⅳ] and in 46 patients with NYHA functional class I were assessed by radioimmunoassay. Results The serum concentrations of HA, PCMP, and LN were 359.75 ± 84.59 μg/L, 77.88 ± 24. 67 μg/L, 86. 73 ± 23.90 μg/L in CHF group, and 211.60 ±54. 80 μg/L, 64.82 ±23.99 μg/L, 82. 26 ±23.98 μg/L in NYHA functional class Ⅰ group, respectively. The HA level was significantly higher in CHF patients as compared with NYHA functional class Ⅰ group ( P 〈 0.05 ). However, no difference was found in the levels of PCIIIP and LN between CHF group and NYHA functional class Ⅰ group. The serum HA concentration was negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction ( r = - 0.71, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum HA level may act as an indicator for myocardial fibrosis. 展开更多
