To enhance the productivity of Carya illinoinensis cv.‘Shaoxing’and mitigate the loss of flowers and fruits,the effects of different concentrations of Piperonyl Butoxide(PBO)wettable powder(2,5,and 10 g·L^(-1))...To enhance the productivity of Carya illinoinensis cv.‘Shaoxing’and mitigate the loss of flowers and fruits,the effects of different concentrations of Piperonyl Butoxide(PBO)wettable powder(2,5,and 10 g·L^(-1))and Paclobutrazol(PP_(333))(150,300,and 450 mg·L^(-1),based on active ingredients)on 6-year-old‘Shaoxing’plants were investigated with water sprayed as the control.The results showed that:(1)Treatment with 10 g·L^(-1)PBO and 450 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333)significantly inhibited the excessive growth of‘Shaoxing’branches.Also,10 g·L^(-1)PBO exhibited the best diameter increment effect on fruiting branches,and 150 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333) exhibited the best diameter increment effect on vegetative branches.(2)The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves treated reached the highest level after treatment with 450 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333),while the content of starch sugar in leaves reached the highest level after treatment with 300 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333).The application of PBO and PP_(333)mitigated the decline in N,P,K,and other nutrient levels observed in the leaves of‘Shaoxing’.As the PBO and PP_(333) concentrations increased,the nutrient elements in the leaves first increased and then decreased.Among them,300 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333)treatment exhibited the best effect on increasing the content of N,P,and K in the leaves at the late stage of fruit development.(3)In terms of fruit setting rate and nutritional quality of‘Shaoxing’fruit,5 g·L^(-1)PBO treatment showed the most promising effect on improving fruit setting rate,150 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333)exhibited the best effect on improving reducing sugar and decreasing tannin content in the kernel,10 g·L^(-1)PBO had the best effect on improving the crude fat content,and 2 g·L^(-1)PBO had the best effect on improving the cellulose content in the kernel.(4)Principal component analysis showed that 450 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333)treatment had the most comprehensive regulatory effect on the growth and development of current-year branches,leaves,and fruits of‘Shaoxing’.This study provided a theoretical basis and data reference for the growth and development of C.illinoinensis cv.‘Shaoxing’fruits from the perspective of the application of plant growth regulators.展开更多

Rapid urbanization and industrializations have resulted in sharp land cover changes. The present investigation was carried out from Shaoxing City to quantify satellite-derived estimates of urban growth using a three-epoch time series Landsat TM data for the years 1984, 1997 and ETM 2000. The methodology used was based on post classification comparison. The use of GIS allowed spatial analysis of the data derived from remotely sensed images. Results showed that the built-up area surrounding Shaoxing City has expanded at an annual average of 7 km2. Analysis of the classified map showed that the physical growth of urban area is upsetting the other land cover classes such as farming, water resources, etc. The study conclusion mainly emphasized the need for sustainable urban capacity.展开更多
The Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone was the northeastern boundary between the Yangtze Block and the Cathaysia Block during the Neoproterozoic and was an intracontinental orogenic belt during late of the early Paleozo...The Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone was the northeastern boundary between the Yangtze Block and the Cathaysia Block during the Neoproterozoic and was an intracontinental orogenic belt during late of the early Paleozoic. In this tectonic zone, there develops a lot of mylonite underwent strong ductile deformation and schist, gneiss, and amphibolite with medium and high grade metamorphism which was formed during the late of early Paleozoic. The research of geometry and kinematic of ductile deformation in Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone is very important to reveal the tectonic process of intracontinental orogeny. This paper uses the anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS) to determine the ductile deformation geometry and kinematic of Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone combing with the field survey. In this study, 190 specimens of 19 locations and 221 specimens of 23 locations from Wangjiazhai section and Lipu-Sizhai section were analyzed. The magnetic foliation over magnetic lineation in both Wangjiazhai and Lipu-Sizhai sections together with the field observations indicated a compressional deformation pattern. 3 and 4 strong ductile deformation zones can be established in the Wangjiazhai section and the Lipu-Sizhai section, respectively. According to the magnetic fabric and petro-fabric studies, the Northeastern Jiangshan-Shaoxing tectonic zone suffered two kinds of deformation patterns during the late early Paleozoic, i.e., the thrusting deformation followed by sinistral shear deformation.展开更多

目的 本研究旨在分析瘢痕子宫再次妊娠时血栓弹力图(thromboelasmography,TEG)及红细胞分布宽度变异系数(red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation,RDW-CV)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil to lymphocyte rat...目的 本研究旨在分析瘢痕子宫再次妊娠时血栓弹力图(thromboelasmography,TEG)及红细胞分布宽度变异系数(red blood cell distribution width coefficient of variation,RDW-CV)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)、单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值(monocyte lymphocyte ratio,MLR)以及全身免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index,SII)等指标的变化情况,探讨凝血相关指标及炎症相关指标对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠风险预测价值。方法 回顾2021年3月1日至2024年3月1日在延安市人民医院产科住院的孕妇临床资料168例。比较瘢痕子宫不同妊娠阶段TEG及RDW-CV、NLR、MLR、SII等炎症指标的变化;比较瘢痕子宫孕妇与健康孕妇TEG及RDW-CV、NLR、MLR、SII等炎症指标的变化情况。结果 瘢痕子宫孕妇中,与中孕组相比,晚孕组孕妇TEG中的R值增加,Angle角、MA值减少(均P<0.05);NLR、MLR增高(P<0.05)。瘢痕子宫孕妇与健康孕妇相比,瘢痕子宫TEG中的R值、K值、Angle角、MA值的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);NLR、MLR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 瘢痕子宫再次妊娠对TEG及部分炎症指标有影响,随着孕周数增加TEG指标与炎症指标有所变化;TEG及炎症指标联合检测可对瘢痕子宫再次妊娠风险作出预测。展开更多
