Through the establishment of orderly material procurement, construction control of engineering cost and other advantages, the overall construction of the EPC project general contract will be carried out in accordance with the agreed project contract to implement the relevant construction process. The application of EPC management model is responsible for the progress, safety, construction, quality and cost of the contracted projects, economically controlling the cost, effectively playing the key core position of predicting the construction risks and controlling the operation of contracted management projects. This paper combines the EPC general contracting mode to safeguard the economic rights and interests of the general contractor and safeguard and control the limitations of management risks. Combined with the EPC general contracting management mode of rural drinking water safety consolidation and improvement project implemented by a water conservancy project in a county in the past three years, corresponding management measures formulated to control construction installation, procurement, construction quality control, cost control and cost management, the process of overall construction management and control is dynamically improved, and the detailed project cost control and management details in operation under the EPC contract management and control mode are refined, which provides the development trend of cost management and control for China's water conservancy project control and management construction mode.展开更多
