Objective: to evaluate the effect of self-made joint rehabilitation exercises in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on nursing effect. Methods: 79 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were taken as the research objects, and the research nodes were from November 2019 to November 2021. The related data of 78 patients were reviewed and analyzed, and 78 patients were divided into two groups according to whether to carry out self-made joint rehabilitation exercises or not, namely, 39 patients in the control group (routine nursing) and 39 patients in the experimental group (routine nursing combined with self-made joint rehabilitation exercises intervention). The excellent and good rate of joint function, indexes of joint function, patient compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results: after nursing, the morning stiffness time, joint tenderness, joint swelling and average grip strength of both hands were improved in both groups, and the morning stiffness time, joint tenderness and joint swelling of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group, but the average grip strength of both hands was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the excellent and good rate of joint function of the two groups was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference in the quality of life score between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the quality of life of both groups increased, and the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Patients' compliance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: in order to improve the nursing effect of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, implementing self-made intervention measures of joint rehabilitation exercises can not only improve the joint function of patients, but also improve the recovery effect of joint function, which has a positive effect on improving the quality of life and compliance of patients, and is worth popularizing. 展开更多
