Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence...Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of advanced teaching models in future nursing education. Methods: Enrolled 60 nurses who took the IV infusion therapy training program in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 for research. 30 nurses who were trained in traditional teaching models from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group, and 30 nurses who were trained with simulation-based teaching models with methods including simulated patients, internet, online meetings which can be replayed and scenario simulation, etc. from January to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group. Evaluated the learning outcomes based on the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students (CINS), Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI), comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability, and proficiency in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of IV infusion therapy. Nursing quality, the incidence of IV infusion therapy complications and nurse satisfaction with different teaching models were also measured. Results: The scientific research ability, PSI scores, CINS scores, and comprehensive learning ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P 0.05), and their assessment results of practical skills, nursing quality of IV infusion therapy during training, and satisfaction with teaching models were all better than those of the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of IV infusion therapy complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, indicating statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Teaching models based on patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation enable nursing students to learn more directly and practice at any time and in any place, and can improve their proficiency in IV infusion theoretical knowledge and skills (e.g. PICC catheterization), core competencies, problem-solving ability, comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability and the ability to deal with complicated cases. Also, it helps provide high-quality nursing education, improve the nursing quality of IV therapy, reduce the incidence of related complications, and ensure the safety of patients with IV therapy.展开更多

It is therefore of paramount importance to enhance nursing students' clinical reasoning ability. High-fidelity simulation (HFS) is proved to be an effective teaching and learning method, which may also have some advantages over other teaching methods. Methods: The authors retrospectively reviewed the related literature, illustrated the application of high-fidelity simulation teaching method in nursing education, putting the focus on the use of it in teaching with clinical reasoning. Results: The application of high-fidelity simulation to nursing education can simulate the clinical situation, thus to create a safe, continuous and efficient learning environment for students, and it can effectively improve students' clinical reasoning ability. Conclusions: high-fidelity simulation is effective for clinical reasoning teaching in nursing education. The extension of its application in China should be of great value. The relevant further study is suggested focusing on how to overcome its own limitations and have it better applied in nursing education in China.展开更多

Methods: A high-fide...Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of a high-fidelity teaching simulation based on an NLN/Jeffries simulation in the nursing education theoretical framework and its influencing factors. Methods: A high-fidelity teaching simulation on clinical nursing practices using intelligent human analogues was conducted with 200 students, and The Simulation Design Scale, and the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale developed by the National League for Nursing were used to evaluate the training effectiveness and its influencing factors. Results: For the high-fidelity teaching simulation, students gave scores of 4.36± 0.54 points for satisfaction and 4.33 ± 0.46 points for Self-Confidence. The students highly rated the five dimensions of teaching design, i.e., teaching objectives/information, assistance/support for students, problem solving, guided feedback, and fidelity. The teaching design was closely correlated with the satisfaction of the high-fidelity teaching simulation and self-efficacy, and the dimensions of teaching objectives/informa- tion and assistance/support for students were particularly strong predictors of teaching effectiveness. Conclusions: A high-fidelity teaching simulation based on Jeffries' theoretical framework improved student satisfaction with the simulation and their Self-Confidence. In planning simulations, teachers should take into account five characteristics, i.e., teaching objectives/information on simulation education, assistance/support for students, problem solving, guided reflection, and fidelity, to achieve better teaching effectiveness.展开更多

M...Objective: To observe the effect of teaching respiratory nursing interns (referred to as nursing students) with goal teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching method, and analyze its clinical value. Methods: A prospective controlled trial was designed. Sixty-four nursing students who practiced in the respiratory department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as observation objects. According to the internship time, 64 nursing students were divided into two groups: the control group (from January 2021 to June 2021) with 32 students, and the experimental group (from July 2022 to June 2021) Results: The scores of self-management ability, information acquisition ability, learning cooperation ability and self-learning ability of the nursing students in the experimental group were counted, and the statistical results were significantly higher than those of the nursing students in the control group (P < 0.05). Through the statistics of professional theoretical knowledge, clinical nursing skills, case analysis ability and clinical operation ability of nurses in the experimental group, the statistical results were significantly higher than those of nursing students in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of professional knowledge, teaching methods, teaching attitude, communication and feedback satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group were counted, and the statistical results were significantly higher than those of nursing students in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For nursing students practicing in respiratory department, teaching teachers should adopt target teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching method, which can stimulate nursing students' academic interest, improve their autonomous learning ability, improve their professional level and teaching quality, and contribute to the improvement of comprehensive performance of nursing students in respiratory department. Students' satisfaction with teaching teachers is higher, so it can be popularized and used in future teaching work.展开更多

Results: the scores of theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge, problem analysis, problem solving, emergency response ability and communication ability of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05). Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before formation (p > 0.05). After the training, the examination results of the two groups of patients were improved. The examination results of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P < 0.01). 文摘With the rapid development of information technology and the increasing complexity of the financial market,the teaching methods and means of the Securities Investment course in universities are facing new challenges and opportunities.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application and construction path of virtual simulation experimental teaching in the Securities Investment course.Firstly,it analyses the problems existing in the teaching of traditional securities investment courses,such as the disconnection between theory and practice and the single teaching mode.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward the necessity of introducing virtual simulation experimental teaching and details the specific application path of virtual simulation experimental teaching in the Securities Investment course.

文摘Virtual simulation technology is the integration of virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology, with intuitionistic, practical and experiential, it can fully meet the needs of different scenes and operation needs of interior design course teaching, and provide students with a full sense of immersion, independent operation and exploration of open space. The fundamental purpose of this study on the application of virtual simulation technology in interior design course teaching is to promote the modernization of interior design course teaching and improve the efficiency of teaching. This paper briefly expounds the concept of virtual simulation technology and interior design course, analyzes the limitations and shortcomings of interior design course teaching and implementation, and discusses the advantages of its application in interior design course from the technical point of view. Finally, the paper puts forward three application steps of virtual simulation technology in interior design course teaching and puts forward the implementation strategy of applying technology to carry out teaching based on the perspective of students, in order to provide valuable reference for the modernization of interior design course teaching.

文摘Objective: To explore the application of Deliberate Practice-based simulated teaching in clinical teaching of medical nursing. Methods: 160 undergraduate student nurses were divided into the experimental group (80) and the control group (80) by using the convenience sampling method. Both groups were exposed to staged nurse core competence training. In the control group, standardized patients were employed for training, after which group discussion and oral presentation were included;in the experimental group, teaching was designed based on Deliberate Practice, wherein high-fidelity simulation system was used and video-assisted guiding feedback after training was involved. Results: After four teaching cycles, the nurse core competence score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P Conclusion: Deliberate Practice-based simulated learning can effectively improve clinical teaching performance of medical nursing.

文摘Objective: Clinical reasoning is an essential feature of health care practice; it is also a crucial ability for providing patient care of high quality. It has been identified that graduate nurses may lack the clinical reasoning skills to deliver safe and effective patient cam. It is therefore of paramount importance to enhance nursing students' clinical reasoning ability. High-fidelity simulation (HFS) is proved to be an effective teaching and learning method, which may also have some advantages over other teaching methods. Methods: The authors retrospectively reviewed the related literature, illustrated the application of high-fidelity simulation teaching method in nursing education, putting the focus on the use of it in teaching with clinical reasoning. Results: The application of high-fidelity simulation to nursing education can simulate the clinical situation, thus to create a safe, continuous and efficient learning environment for students, and it can effectively improve students' clinical reasoning ability. Conclusions: high-fidelity simulation is effective for clinical reasoning teaching in nursing education. The extension of its application in China should be of great value. The relevant further study is suggested focusing on how to overcome its own limitations and have it better applied in nursing education in China.

文摘Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of a high-fidelity teaching simulation based on an NLN/Jeffries simulation in the nursing education theoretical framework and its influencing factors. Methods: A high-fidelity teaching simulation on clinical nursing practices using intelligent human analogues was conducted with 200 students, and The Simulation Design Scale, and the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale developed by the National League for Nursing were used to evaluate the training effectiveness and its influencing factors. Results: For the high-fidelity teaching simulation, students gave scores of 4.36± 0.54 points for satisfaction and 4.33 ± 0.46 points for Self-Confidence. The students highly rated the five dimensions of teaching design, i.e., teaching objectives/information, assistance/support for students, problem solving, guided feedback, and fidelity. The teaching design was closely correlated with the satisfaction of the high-fidelity teaching simulation and self-efficacy, and the dimensions of teaching objectives/informa- tion and assistance/support for students were particularly strong predictors of teaching effectiveness. Conclusions: A high-fidelity teaching simulation based on Jeffries' theoretical framework improved student satisfaction with the simulation and their Self-Confidence. In planning simulations, teachers should take into account five characteristics, i.e., teaching objectives/information on simulation education, assistance/support for students, problem solving, guided reflection, and fidelity, to achieve better teaching effectiveness.

文摘In order to improve the English online courses teaching scene adaptability, optimize the online English teaching mode, improve the quality of English teaching, an English online course teaching platform is proposed based on scene simulation. B/S client communication protocol is constructed in network transport layer, and the scene simulation model of English Online Course Teaching is established, online English teaching platform designed in this paper is constructed based on the sensing layer, network layer and application layer. A data processing center is constructed in the B/S structure and the network environment, Open Core kernel is used to realize the optimization of teaching model of English online courses, improve the teaching platform of online courses, and improve the scene adaptation ability. The test results show that the platform for online English teaching has better independent learning ability, the effectiveness of online English course teaching is better, test objects have higher satisfaction with English Online Course Teaching.

文摘Objective: To observe the effect of teaching respiratory nursing interns (referred to as nursing students) with goal teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching method, and analyze its clinical value. Methods: A prospective controlled trial was designed. Sixty-four nursing students who practiced in the respiratory department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as observation objects. According to the internship time, 64 nursing students were divided into two groups: the control group (from January 2021 to June 2021) with 32 students, and the experimental group (from July 2022 to June 2021) Results: The scores of self-management ability, information acquisition ability, learning cooperation ability and self-learning ability of the nursing students in the experimental group were counted, and the statistical results were significantly higher than those of the nursing students in the control group (P < 0.05). Through the statistics of professional theoretical knowledge, clinical nursing skills, case analysis ability and clinical operation ability of nurses in the experimental group, the statistical results were significantly higher than those of nursing students in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of professional knowledge, teaching methods, teaching attitude, communication and feedback satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group were counted, and the statistical results were significantly higher than those of nursing students in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For nursing students practicing in respiratory department, teaching teachers should adopt target teaching method combined with scenario simulation teaching method, which can stimulate nursing students' academic interest, improve their autonomous learning ability, improve their professional level and teaching quality, and contribute to the improvement of comprehensive performance of nursing students in respiratory department. Students' satisfaction with teaching teachers is higher, so it can be popularized and used in future teaching work.
文摘Objective: to analyze the practical application value of scene simulation teaching rounds in nephrology intern teaching. Methods: research time: from February 2020 to May 2021, 40 interns of nephrology department were studied. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the time of the internship report, each of which was 20. They were given the scene simulation teaching rounds and the teaching effect was observed. Results: the scores of theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge, problem analysis, problem solving, emergency response ability and communication ability of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the situation simulation teaching ward-round model is actively adopted in the teaching of nephrology interns, which can give attention to both theoretical knowledge learning and practical operation, improve the comprehensive ability of interns and better participate in future work.
文摘Objective: to observe the application effect of situation simulation teaching method in clinical nursing teaching and learn from relevant experience and methods. Methods: 60 primary nursing students who worked in our department from May 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and observation group. Regular training methods and scenario simulation training methods were provided, and the application effects of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before formation (p > 0.05). After the training, the examination results of the two groups of patients were improved. The examination results of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the teaching method of scene simulation exercise is helpful to maximize the learning effect of clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and is worthy of encouragement.

文摘Virtual simulation teaching is an addendum to the experimental teaching mode of railway engineering,and the two teaching methods complement each other and merge with each other.In view of the current research,there is little discussion about the integration path of the two above.Based on the connotation and design of virtual simulation teaching,this research systematically expounds the integration of the real path and path optimization problems,and puts forward the railway engineering experimental teaching principles based on virtual simulation teaching.On the basis of this research,a virtual simulation experiment platform for vibration mechanics and its application in the floating slab vibration damping track was developed to make full use of three-dimensional modeling,virtual reality,human-computer interaction and other technologies,which can realistically simulate the vibration law and vibration damping effect of the rail transit system,and in the hope that the virtual simulation teaching can be widely used in the experimental teaching mode of railway engineering in the future.
