Status of and Strategies for the Planning and Design, Maintenance and Management of Chinese Urban Green Land——Application of Ecological Concepts in This Field

The sustainability of the planning and design goals of urban green land and that of its maintenance and management are mutually related and act as an organic whole. For a long time, the independence of the two is more prominent than their organic connection. This research has made preliminary considerations from three aspects. First, it concerns infusing the concept of ecology, contemplating and demonstrating space, as well as reducing the incidence of plant diseases and insect pests of urban green land. Second, the arrangement of flowers and trees for the planning and design of urban green land should comply with the biological attributes of flowers and trees to realize the organic unification of biological and scenic attributes of flowers and trees. Third, the planning and design of urban green land should attach importance to the organic unification of biological and scenic attributes of lawn grass seeds and reduce the difficulty of maintaining lawn. This research attempts to reduce the pressure of maintaining urban green land from the beginning, i.e. the planning and design of urban green land. It also tries to reduce the cost of maintenance and management to the realize planning and design goals of urban green land and the sustainability concerning its maintenance and management and arrive at the mutual unification of the planning and design as well as maintenance and management of urban green land. 展开更多

以进一步提升绿化树木的养护效率为目标,选取多功能设计理念为切入点,针对树木养护作业的机械化装置展开研究。考虑养护树木环境作业特点及养护目标机理,基于机械设计方法与电机控制技术,搭建多功能树木养护装置的架构布局,针对定位功... 以进一步提升绿化树木的养护效率为目标,选取多功能设计理念为切入点,针对树木养护作业的机械化装置展开研究。考虑养护树木环境作业特点及养护目标机理,基于机械设计方法与电机控制技术,搭建多功能树木养护装置的架构布局,针对定位功能、涂白功能和缠绕功能进行相应的装置结构设计。同时,展开树木养护作业试验,结果表明:基于多功能树木养护装置的结构设计方案正确可行,整机的涂白作业效率与缠绕作业效率分别可达95.85%和94.20%,树木涂白与保温缠绕均能满足较好的均匀性,作业过程定位转向精准,具有很好的普适性,可有效降低树木冻害损失,对于树木的养护方式和装置开发有一定参考价值。 展开更多

西咸新区中心绿廊典型植物群落景观美景度评价

本研究旨在评估西咸新区中心绿廊典型植物群落的景观特征,并建立相应的美景度评价体系,以指导其景观优化和养护管理。通过采用美景度评价法(SBE法)计算中心绿廊3个不同功能区共36个景观样地的美景度值,通过相关性分析筛选对各样地植物... 本研究旨在评估西咸新区中心绿廊典型植物群落的景观特征,并建立相应的美景度评价体系,以指导其景观优化和养护管理。通过采用美景度评价法(SBE法)计算中心绿廊3个不同功能区共36个景观样地的美景度值,通过相关性分析筛选对各样地植物景观美景度存在显著影响的景观因子,并通过模型拟合度检验、方差分析以及模型回归分析,建立中心绿廊植物群落景观美景度评价模型。结果表明:(1)中心绿廊36个景观样地的SBE值范围为-0.1431~0.1389,其中数值小于0的景观样地有11个(占31%),数值大于0的景观样地有25个(占69%),而大于1的景观样地为0个,整体景观质量相对一般;(2)中心绿廊植物景观美景度评价模型为Y=-0.16+0.018X2+0.015X3+0.021X5,其中X2为植物丰富度、X3为景观协调性、X5为植物观赏性。研究表明,对中心绿廊植物景观美景度质量影响较大的因子依次是植物观赏性、植物丰富度以及景观协调性。 展开更多

Optimal storage temperature and 1-MCP treatment combinations for different marketing times of Korla Xiang pears 被引量:15

Maintenance of green color is the primary indicator of quality in the market evaluation of Korla Xiang pears at present and can generally be achieved through early harvesting and decreasing the storage temperature, but the fruit quality was reduced by early harvesting, and the decreasing storage temperature increased the risk of chilling injury. The objectives of this study were to determine the optimal storage parameters for different storage times and to find ways to preserve the green skin color of pears. Specifically, we analyzed the effects of the ethylene inhibitor, 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), combined with low temperature on quality and maintenance of the green color of Korla Xiang pears during storage. We found that 1-MCP and/or low temperature reduced the loss of green color at 20℃ after being removed from cold storage. In addition, 1-MCP significantly inhibited the decline of titratable acid and ascorbic acid but had no significant effect on fruit firmness and total soluble solids. Low temperature with or without 1-MCP inhibited the release of ethylene, inhibited the decline in the stalk preservation index, inhibited the increase in decay rate and weight loss rate during storage, and inhibited the increase in the core browning index after 225 days of storage. Different storage temperatures had different effects on the quality of Korla Xiang pears. Despite inhibiting ethylene release, a storage temperature of-1.5℃ increased the respiration rate. Storage at -1.5℃ caused core browning eady during storage due to chilling injury, whereas at 2℃ core browning occurred late during storage due to senescence. In late storage, 1-MCP had no significant effect on the maintenance of Korla Xiang pear quality at 2℃. Based on these results, we determined the optimal combinations of low temperature and 1-MCP treatment to maintain pear quality while avoiding chilling injury. For different marketing times, the optimal conditions for storage until New Year's Day (a storage duration of 90 days) are 2℃ or 1-MCP combined with 2℃. For storage until the Spring Festival (a storage duration of 150 days), the optimal conditions are 0℃ or 1-MCP combined with 0℃, and for storage until May (a storage duration of 225 days), the best conditions are 1-MCP combined with -1.5℃. 展开更多

目的采用超声净洗和短波紫外(UVC)消毒技术联用绿色科学养护中药材当归,通过定期观测,分时段取样测定各中国药典指标,同时UVC消毒再养护,根据结果评价养护效果并分析优化确定超声-紫外(US-UVC)联用养护当归药材的最佳条件.方法以纯净水... 目的采用超声净洗和短波紫外(UVC)消毒技术联用绿色科学养护中药材当归,通过定期观测,分时段取样测定各中国药典指标,同时UVC消毒再养护,根据结果评价养护效果并分析优化确定超声-紫外(US-UVC)联用养护当归药材的最佳条件.方法以纯净水清洗当归(CG-W)和超声净洗当归(CG-US)作为对照组,将当归超声净洗后干燥直至足干,再利用UVC照射消毒至设定的时间,通过定期肉眼观测和分时段测定各种药典指标及其变化,综合评价养护效果.结果CG-W对照组当归18月后仍无霉变但有极其轻微的虫蛀,到24月时出现了略微的霉变,似有轻微色变和隐约渗油,历时27月时出现可见且明显的虫蛀;对照组CG-US当归21月末出现轻微虫蛀,24月时虫蛀仍然较轻,且无明显霉变和色变;US-UVC联用养护组中US-UVC-0.5h组在27月末出现了轻微药材粉末,且在27~30月间仅有部分药材出现虫蛀,且一直没有霉变和色变,颜色无明显变化,而US-UV-1.0h组的当归在贮藏至30月末时出现了极轻虫蛀迹象.US-UV-2.0h、US-UV-3.0h和US-UV-4.0h各组当归在养护后贮藏期间的30月内始终保持表观完好无损的状态,既无虫蛀也无霉变、色变现象发生.对照组及试验各组各时段所测定的各种主要药典指标均符合要求,且由测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)值及其范围足以说明测定方法的重复性和稳定性良好.结论考虑成本和养护时效,以US-UVC-2.0h养护为最佳养护配比组合进行养护,养护后当归药材完好贮藏期超过30月,US-UVC联用养护中药材当归具有经济高效、操作简便、省时节能、安全环保等特点,可以推广应用. 展开更多

草本自生植物可在城市环境中自发生长,不仅养护管理成本低,并且能够显著提升城市生物多样性。为探索草本自生植物在城市绿化中的应用潜力,文章以景观偏好理论为研究基础,将生境类型、植物观赏特征及组合要素作为因子进行照片模拟,采用... 草本自生植物可在城市环境中自发生长,不仅养护管理成本低,并且能够显著提升城市生物多样性。为探索草本自生植物在城市绿化中的应用潜力,文章以景观偏好理论为研究基础,将生境类型、植物观赏特征及组合要素作为因子进行照片模拟,采用问卷调研和实地调研,结合现场访谈结果进行分析。研究结果表明,草本自生植物共计60科176属212种,草本自生植物引入后公众喜爱度总体增加;在草本自生植物生境类型中滨水草坪偏好度最高;在植物种类中对观花物种偏好度最高;通过适当的设计手法可以有效提升观叶自生植物的喜好度;草本自生植物的审美偏好很大程度上也与公众自身社会属性有关。建议在养护管理中多保留观花物种;草本自生植物最适宜应用场景为林间草地;观叶自生植物高度控制在30 cm以下;高于60 cm的观叶植物应保留在林间草地中;丰富自生植物群落物种组成,以实现生态效益最大化。本文的结论与建议可对草本自生植物的推广应用提供有效指导,以期对未来草本自生植物在城市绿化中的应用实践提供参考。 展开更多
