Informed RRT^(*)算法对初始解不敏感,规划出的路径太接近障碍物,导致路径不平滑。提出一种改进的Informed RRT^(*)路径规划算法,该算法改进了约束采样空间和引导策略。在采样初期,将采样区域限制在一个圆形区域,加快初始解收敛,在算法规划的过程中引入人工势场中引力场和斥力场的思想,使机器人与障碍物保持安全距离,并向目标位置行进。对Informed RRT^(*)算法和基于目标偏置的Informed RRT^(*)算法(Goal-bias-Informed RRT^(*))以及改进后的Informed RRT^(*)算法进行比较实验,实验结果验证了改进后Informed RRT^(*)算法的有效性和优越性及稳定性。该算法较Informed RRT^(*)算法和Goal-bias-Informed RRT^(*)效率更高、更容易得到初始解、更安全、更平滑、更稳定。 展开更多

This paper presents a method for detecting the small infrared target under complex background. An algorithm, named local mutation weighted information entropy (LMWIE), is proposed to suppress background. Then, the grey value of targets is enhanced by calculating the local energy. Image segmentation based on the adaptive threshold is used to solve the problems that the grey value of noise is enhanced with the grey value improvement of targets. Experimental results show that compared with the adaptive Butterworth high-pass filter method, the proposed algorithm is more effective and faster for the infrared small target detection. 展开更多

In most of the passive tracking systems, only the target kinematical information is used in the measurement-to-track association, which results in error tracking in a multitarget environment, where the targets are too close to each other. To enhance the tracking accuracy, the target signal classification information (TSCI) should be used to improve the data association. The TSCI is integrated in the data association process using the JPDA (joint probabilistic data association). The use of the TSCI in the data association can improve discrimination by yielding a purer track and preserving continuity. To verify the validity of the application of TSCI, two simulation experiments are done on an air target-tracing problem, that is, one using the TSCI and the other not using the TSCI. The final comparison shows that the use of the TSCI can effectively improve tracking accuracy. 展开更多

A new algorithm is developed to achieve accurate state estimation in ground moving target tracking by means of using road information. It is an adaptive variable structure interacting multiple model estimator with dynamic models modification (DMM VS-IMM for short). Firstly, road information is employed to modify the target dynamic models used by filter, including modification of state transition matrix and process noise. Secondly, road information is applied to update the model set of a VS-IMM estimator. Predicted state estimation and road information are used to locate the target in the road network on which the model set is updated and finally IMM filtering is implemented. As compared with traditional methods, the accuracy of state estimation is improved for target moving not only on a single road, but also through an intersection. Monte Carlo simulation demonstrates the efficiency and robustness of the proposed algorithm with moderate computational loads. 展开更多

However, in the existing methods, such as statistical-based methods and fuzzy-mathematics-based methods, the information acquired by the passive sensor is not fully utilized, and there is a certain ambiguity in the assignment relationship of the emitters-ship. They can’t conclude the accurate and reliable assignment relationship of the emitters-ship. Therefore, this paper proposes a comprehensive correlation discriminant method to obtain a more reliable and comprehensive emitters-ship assignment, and then uses information entropy method to identify the type of the target ship on the basis of this association and assign the credibility. The simulation results show that this algorithm can effectively solve the problem of target ship type identification using the information of multi-passive sensors. 展开更多

As a core component of the network,web applications have become one of the preferred targets for attackers because the static configuration of web applications simplifies the exploitation of vulnerabilities by attackers.Although the moving target defense(MTD)has been proposed to increase the attack difficulty for the attackers,there is no solo approach can cope with different attacks;in addition,it is impossible to implement all these approaches simultaneously due to the resource limitation.Thus,the selection of an optimal defense strategy based on MTD has become the focus of research.In general,the confrontation of two players in the security domain is viewed as a stochastic game,and the reward matrices are known to both players.However,in a real security confrontation,this scenario represents an incomplete information game.Each player can only observe the actions performed by the opponent,and the observed actions are not completely accurate.To accurately describe the attacker’s reward function to reach the Nash equilibrium,this work simulated and updated the strategy selection distribution of the attacker by observing and investigating the strategy selection history of the attacker.Next,the possible rewards of the attacker in each confrontation via the observation matrix were corrected.On this basis,the Nash-Q learning algorithm with reward quantification was proposed to select the optimal strategy.Moreover,the performances of the Minimax-Q learning algorithm and Naive-Q learning algorithm were compared and analyzed in the MTD environment.Finally,the experimental results showed that the strategy selection algorithm can enable defenders to select a more reasonable defensive strategy and achieve the maximum possible reward. 展开更多

Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is broadly employed in the research of multi-source information fusion.Nevertheless,when fusing highly conflicting evidence it may pro-duce counterintuitive outcomes.To address this issue,a fusion approach based on a newly defined belief exponential diver-gence and Deng entropy is proposed.First,a belief exponential divergence is proposed as the conflict measurement between evidences.Then,the credibility of each evidence is calculated.Afterwards,the Deng entropy is used to calculate information volume to determine the uncertainty of evidence.Then,the weight of evidence is calculated by integrating the credibility and uncertainty of each evidence.Ultimately,initial evidences are amended and fused using Dempster’s rule of combination.The effectiveness of this approach in addressing the fusion of three typical conflict paradoxes is demonstrated by arithmetic exam-ples.Additionally,the proposed approach is applied to aerial tar-get recognition and iris dataset-based classification to validate its efficacy.Results indicate that the proposed approach can enhance the accuracy of target recognition and effectively address the issue of fusing conflicting evidences. 展开更多

A novel Snake model with region information is proposed to detect and track moving objects. Generally, the region-information-based approach is sensitive to illumination changes and small movement in the background, while the edge-information-based approach often obtains incorrect results for ambiguous images. The two types of information are introduced in computing the image force. Edge-information-based features make the algorithm fast and robust, and region information makes the active confour energy function obtains correct results for ambiguous images. Furthermore, an automatic contour initialization method using double difference images is given to meet the requirement of video sequence tracking. Meanwhile, a simple forecast section is added to estimate the position of the contour in the algorithm so that it can improve the convergence speed of the active contour. Experimental results show that the computation time of the algorithm is less than 0.1 s/frame. And it can be applied to a real-time system. 展开更多

Amongthem, the hybrid network system architecture which is thedistributed configuration combining with the centralized cognition and its soft/hardware framework with the sense-detectionintegration are proposed, and the information processing framebased on the lens principle and its information processing flowwith receive-transmit joint adaption are designed, which buildand parse the work law for cognition and its self feedback adjustment with the lens focus model and five stages informationprocessing sequence. After that, the system simulation andthe performance analysis and comparison are provided, whichinitially proves the rationality and advantages of the proposedideas. Finally, four important development ideas of futureSWOTHR toward "high frequency intelligence information processing system" are discussed, which are scene information fusion, dynamic reconfigurable system, hierarchical and modulardesign, and sustainable development. Owing to its ability of parallel processing, its robustness and generalization, the method can realize the recognition of the conditions of missile-target encounters, and meet the requirements of real-time recognition in the imaging fuze. Energy limitation of traditional Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)greatly confines the network lifetime due to generating and processing massive sensing data with a limited battery.The energy harvesting WSN is a novel network architecture to address the limitation of traditional WSN.However,existing coverage and deployment schemes neglect the environmental correlation of sensor nodes and external energy with respect to physical space.Comprehensively considering the spatial correlation of the environment and the uneven distribution of energy in energy harvesting WSN,we investigate how to deploy a collection of sensor nodes to save the deployment cost while ensuring the target perpetual coverage.The Confident Information Coverage(CIC)model is adopted to formulate the CIC Minimum Deployment Cost Target Perpetual Coverage(CICMTP)problem to minimize the deployed sensor nodes.As the CICMTP is NP-hard,we devise two approximation algorithms named Local Greedy Threshold Algorithm based on CIC(LGTA-CIC)and Overall Greedy Search Algorithm based on CIC(OGSA-CIC).The LGTA-CIC has a low time complexity and the OGSA-CIC has a better approximation rate.Extensive simulation results demonstrate that the OGSA-CIC is able to achieve lower deployment cost and the performance of the proposed algorithms outperforms GRNP,TPNP and EENP algorithms. 展开更多

In the proposed method, the concept for tour and the length of tour are redefined. Additionally, the directional information is incorporated into the proposed method because it is one of the most important factors that affects the performance of data association. Kalman filter is employed to estimate target states. Computer simulation results show that the proposed method could carry out data association in an acceptable CPU time, and the correct data association rate is higher than that obtained by the data association (DA) algorithm not combined with directional information. 展开更多

Users of the digital image correlation method are faced with the problem of poor operability,low repeatability,and lack of standardized specifications for spraying speckles.To solve the problem,the research proposed a rock deformation measurement method that obviates the need to spray speckles.A local binary model was established by using the local binary pattern(LBP)operator based on deep texture features on rock surfaces.The resulting LBP digital speckle pattern can substitute artificial speckle patterns and demonstrates high quality and strong applicability.Based on the LBP digital speckle pattern,the target tracking algorithm was employed to achieve non-contact measurement of the dynamic displacements of rocks.The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm in practical application were verified by conducting shear tests on granite and siltstone.Test results show that the deformation characteristics in the displacement nephograms are in line with the measured data pertaining to rock fracturing and conform to the basic characteristics of the shear failure of rocks.The deformation measurement method based on surface texture information can realize non-contact displacement measurement of rocks under conditions without speckles:this obviates the influence of the quality of sprayed speckles on the accuracy of the measurement of deformation. 展开更多

融合注意力和上下文信息的遥感图像小目标检测算法

对多尺度的遥感图像进行小目标检测时,基于深度学习的目标检测算法容易出现误检和漏检的情况。这是因为此类算法的特征提取模块进行了多次的下采样操作;而且未能根据不同类别、不同尺度的目标关注所需的上下文信息。为了解决该问题,提... 对多尺度的遥感图像进行小目标检测时,基于深度学习的目标检测算法容易出现误检和漏检的情况。这是因为此类算法的特征提取模块进行了多次的下采样操作;而且未能根据不同类别、不同尺度的目标关注所需的上下文信息。为了解决该问题,提出一种融合注意力和上下文信息的遥感图像小目标检测算法ACM-YOLO(Attention-Context-Multiscale YOLO)。首先,应用细粒度的查询感知稀疏注意力以减少小目标特征信息的丢失,从而避免漏检;其次,设计局部上下文增强(LCE)函数以更好地关注不同类别的遥感目标所需的上下文信息,从而避免误检;最后,使用加权双向特征金字塔网络(BiFPN)强化特征融合模块对遥感图像小目标的多尺度特征融合能力,从而改善算法检测效果。在DOTA数据集和NWPU VHR-10数据集上进行对比实验和消融实验,以验证所提算法的有效性和泛化性。实验结果表明,在2个数据集上所提算法的平均精确率均值(mAP)分别达到了77.33%和96.12%,而相较于YOLOv5算法,召回率分别提升了10.00和7.50个百分点。可见,所提算法能有效提升mAP和召回率,减少误检和漏检。 展开更多

环境、社会和治理(environmental,social,and governance,ESG)评级是衡量企业社会责任表现的重要工具,但ESG评级分歧的存在可能对企业社会责任行为产生负面影响。基于精准扶贫视角,以2016—2021年沪深A股上市公司为样本,研究ESG评级分... 环境、社会和治理(environmental,social,and governance,ESG)评级是衡量企业社会责任表现的重要工具,但ESG评级分歧的存在可能对企业社会责任行为产生负面影响。基于精准扶贫视角,以2016—2021年沪深A股上市公司为样本,研究ESG评级分歧是否会抑制企业的社会责任行为。研究发现,ESG评级分歧显著降低了企业的精准扶贫投入。机制分析表明,企业声誉和管理者短视是ESG评级分歧影响企业精准扶贫行为的内在机制。进一步分析发现,ESG评级分歧主要降低了企业的造血式扶贫投入,而对输血式扶贫投入没有太大影响;外部压力较低、国有企业和首席执行官具有贫困经历的企业,其精准扶贫投入受到ESG评级分歧的负面影响更小。从精准扶贫角度研究发现,ESG评级分歧会削弱企业的社会责任行为并诱发机会主义行为,对中国现阶段ESG规范有序发展具有重要启示。 展开更多

信息流媒体平台的动态性和响应性,一方面赋予了用户自由筛选和屏蔽信息的权利,另一方面也让平台可以根据用户反馈及时调整后续信息的推送策略。当前,用户屏蔽信息流广告的行为非常普遍,然而传统广告回避的研究结论无法平移到信息流广告... 信息流媒体平台的动态性和响应性,一方面赋予了用户自由筛选和屏蔽信息的权利,另一方面也让平台可以根据用户反馈及时调整后续信息的推送策略。当前,用户屏蔽信息流广告的行为非常普遍,然而传统广告回避的研究结论无法平移到信息流广告的重定向情境。本研究将从用户动态信息加工的视角出发,探讨用户在不同信息加工模式下的信息流广告屏蔽与重定向策略。通过对大量观察数据的挖掘分析并结合实验室实验,结果表明:对于处于快处理模式屏蔽信息流广告的用户,后续为其推送与屏蔽广告不同品类的产品广告能使其拥有更积极的广告态度;对于处于慢处理模式屏蔽信息流广告的用户,后续为其推送与屏蔽广告相同品类的产品广告能使其拥有更积极的广告态度。研究结论对信息流广告投放实践具有管理启示作用。 展开更多
