For the charging station construction of electric vehicle,location selecting is a key issue.There are two problems in location selection of the electric vehicle charging station.One is determining the location of charging station;the other is evaluating the location of charging station.To determine the charging station location,an spatial clustering algorithm is proposed and programmed.The example simulation shows the effectiveness of the spatial clustering algorithm.To evaluate the charging station location,a multi-hierarchical fuzzy method is proposed.Based on the location factors of electric vehicle charging station,the hierarchical evaluation structure of electric vehicle charging station location is constructed,including three levels,4first-class factors and 14second-class factors.The fuzzy multi-hierarchical evaluation model and algorithm are built.The analysis results show that the multi-hierarchical fuzzy method can reasonably complete the electric vehicle charging station location evaluation. 展开更多

Evaluation Model for Energy Efficiency of Factory Workshop Based on DSR and Fuzzy Borda

In the context of advancing towards dual carbon goals,numerous factories are actively engaging in energy efficiency upgrades and transformations.To accurately pinpoint energy efficiency bottlenecks within factories and prioritize renovation sequences,it is crucial to conduct comprehensive evaluations of the energy performance across various workshops.Therefore,this paper proposes an evaluation model for workshop energy efficiency based on the drive-state-response(DSR)framework combined with the fuzzy BORDA method.Firstly,an in-depth analysis of the relationships between different energy efficiency indicators was conducted.Based on the DSR model,evaluation criteria were selected from three dimensions-drive factors,state characteristics,and response measures-to establish a robust energy efficiency indicator system.Secondly,three distinct assessment techniques were selected:Grey Relational Analysis(GRA),Entropy Weight Method(EWM),and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)forming a diversified set of evaluation methods.Subsequently,by introducing the fuzzy BORDA method,a comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation model was developed,aimed at quantitatively ranking the energy performance status of each workshop.Using a real-world factory as a case study,applying our proposed evaluationmodel yielded detailed scores and rankings for each workshop.Furthermore,post hoc testing was performed using the Spearman correlation coefficient,revealing a statistic value of 10.209,which validates the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed evaluation model.This model not only assists in identifying underperforming workshops within the factory but also provides solid data support and a decision-making basis for future energy efficiency optimization strategies. 展开更多

Environmental risk assessment of tailings reservoir assessment system is complex and has many index factors.In order to accurately judge surrounding environmental risks of tailings reservoirs and determinate the corresponding prevention and control work,multi-hierarchical fuzzy judgment and nested dominance relation of rough set theory are implemented to evaluate them and find out the rules of this evaluation system with 14 representative cases.The methods of multi-hierarchical fuzzy evaluation can overall consider each influence factor of risk assessment system and their mutual impact,and the index weight based on the analytic hierarchy process is relatively reasonable.Rough set theory based on dominance relation reduces each index attribute from the top down,largely simplifies the complexity of the original evaluation system,and considers the preferential information in each index.Furthermore,grey correlation theory is applied to analysis of importance of each reducted condition attribute.The results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed safety evaluation system and the application potential. 展开更多

A comprehensive method to evaluate the factors affecting the production capacity of horizontal wells in Carboniferous volcanic rocks after fracturing is investigated.A systematic approach combining gray correlation analysis,hierarchical analysis and fuzzy evaluation is proposed.In particular,first the incidence of reservoir properties and fracturing parameters on production capacity is assessed.These parameters include reservoir base geological parameters(porosity,permeability,oil saturation,waterproof height)as well as engineering parameters(fracture halflength,fracture height,fracture conductivity,fracture distance).Afterwards,a two-by-two comparison judgment matrix of sensitive parameters is constructed by means of hierarchical analysis,and the weighting coefficients of the factors are determined,where oil saturation,fracture conductivity and fracture half-length are weighted higher.Finally,the horizontal wells in the target block are categorized in terms of production capacity based on the fuzzy evaluation method,and split accordingly into high-producing,relatively high-producing,medium-producing and low-producing wells.Such a categorization is intended to provide parametric guidance for reservoir fracturing and modification. 展开更多

A dissertation is a research report or scientific paper written by an author to obtain a certain degree. It reflects postgraduates’ research achievements and the educational quality of an institute, even a country. To construct an optimized quality evaluation system for postgraduate dissertation (QESPD), we summarized the influencing factors and invited 10 experienced specialists to rate and prioritize them based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Four primary indicators (innovation, integrity, scientificity and normativity) and 16 sub-indicators were selected to form the evaluation system. The order of primary indicators by weight, was innovation (0.4269), scientificity (0.2807), integrity (0.1728) and normativity (0.1196). The top five sub-dimensions were theoretical originality, scientific value, data reliability, design rationality and evidence credibility. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system, a case study was performed. In the case study, it was demonstrated that the established two-index-hierarchy QESPD in this study was a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system worthy of promotion and application. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to propose a new entropy weight fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation method for assessing cotton salt tolerance, realizing the objective, accurate and comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance of cotton. [Method] A sand culture experiment under salt stress of 150 mmol/L of NaCI was designed. The in- dicator weight was determined with the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evalu- ation method, based on the salt injury index of indicators. The salt tolerance of cotton was evaluated comprehensively. [Result] At the germination stage, the entropy and weight of salt injury index of germination energy, vigor index, hypocotyl length and fresh weight were highest, followed by germination rate and germination index, and of root length were lowest. At the seedling stage, the entropy and weight of salt injury index of plasma membrane permeability, root vigor and leaf expansion rate were highest, followed by plant height and net photosynthetic rate, and of shoot dry weight and root dry weight were lowest. The salt tolerance of cotton differed a- mong growth stages and cultivars. Among the 11 cultivars, CCRI-44 and CCRI-75 were steadily salt-tolerant at both germination and seedling stages; CCRI-17, Sumi- an 22, Sumian 15 and Dexiamianl had a stable moderate salt tolerance; while Sumian 12 and Simian 3 were steadily salt-sensitive. [Conclusion] The evaluated result was objective and exact, which indicated that this method could be used in comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance of cotton. 展开更多

[Objective] This study was to evaluate the ecological suitability of agricultural land in western Jilin Province, with the aim to provide basis for the effective application of agricultural resources and the structural adjustment of land use. [Method] The evaluation index system was constructed based on fuzzy mathematic method according to the principles of systematic, dominant, effectiveness and feasibility; based on law of tolerance, reasonable evaluation criteria were determined according to the ecological amplitude of crops; based on GIS processing, the initial data completed the mathematical operation by using the VBA program in Excel. [Result] The area of agricultural land grade I was 5 512 km2, grade II of 25 985 km2, grade Ill of 7 907 km2, and area of land not suitable for agriculture was 6 312 km2. According to the evaluation results, the key areas for land use adjustment were Zhenlai County, Da'an County, Tongyu County and western Changling County. The directions of land use adjustment included improving irrigation and drainage conditions, governing land salinization and conversion of cropland to forest and grassland. [Conclusion] This study provided basis for the effective application of agricultural resources and ecological environment construction in western Jilin Province. 展开更多

[Objective] This study was to provide references for the evaluation of water quality in aquaculture ponds by evaluating the pond water quality using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight. [Method] The fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation method based on entropy weight was used to evaluate the water quality in the ponds with Ukraine scale carp (Cyprinus carpio) as the main cultivated fish. The average size of the fish was 71.4 g/ind, and totally three groups of pond were set with the population density of 6 000, 9 000, 12 000 ind/hm2. [Result] According to the GB3838-2002 Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water of China, the water quality of 6 000 ind/hm2 group was Grade I, and the water quality of 9 000 and 12 000 ind/hm2 were Grade V. [Conclusion] With the increasing of feeding density, the pond water quality would worsen, however, there is no difference on water quality between 9 000 and 12 000 ind/hm2 groups. 展开更多

The weight was determined by using AHP method. Finally, the investigating result was judged with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation model of tourist satisfaction degree in western tourist area was built, and the case study was carried out. With Lijiang in Yunnan Province as example, according to AHP method, five dimensions weight of the performance prism, various KPI weight and consistency were obtained, fuzzy evaluation on tourist satisfaction degree was conducted. The results showed that the overall was satisfactory, but there were still some problems. Aiming at the utilization and protection of local knowledge, some corresponding countermeasures were put forward which will benefit for further development of tourism in Lijiang of Yunnan Province. 展开更多

By using fuzzy mathematics theory, we establish a theorietical model for optimal machine tool selection considering geometric features, clamping size, machining range, machining precision and surface roughness. By means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the membership degree of machine tool selection and the largest comprehensive evaluation index are determined. Then the reasonably automatic selection of machine tool is realized in the generative computer aided process planning (CAPP) system. Finally, the finite element model based on ABAQUS is established and the cutting process of machine tool is simulated. According to the theoretical and empirical cutting parameters and the curve of surface residual stress, the optimal cutting parameters can be determined. 展开更多

[Objective]The aim was to overcome the shortage of being difficult to build land evaluation model when the impact factors had continuous value in the traditional land evaluation process,as well as to improve the intelligibility of the land evaluation knowledge.[Method] The land evaluation method combining classification rule extracted by C4.5 algorithm with fuzzy decision was proposed in this study.[Result] The result of Second General Soil Survey of Guangdong Province had demonstrated that the method was convenient to extract classification rules,and by using only 100 rules,quantity correct rate 86.67% and area correct rate 84.80% of land evaluation could be obtained.[Conclusions] The use of C4.5 algorithm to obtain the rules,combined with fuzzy decision algorithm to build classifiers had got satisfactory results,which provided a practical algorithm for the land evaluation. 展开更多

In order to further improve the utility of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)remote-sensing for quickly and accurately monitoring the growth of winter wheat under film mulching, this study examined the treatments of ridge mulching,ridge–furrow full mulching, and flat cropping full mulching in winter wheat.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method, four agronomic parameters (leaf area index, above-ground biomass, plant height, and leaf chlorophyll content) were used to calculate the comprehensive growth evaluation index (CGEI) of the winter wheat, and 14 visible and near-infrared spectral indices were calculated using spectral purification technology to process the remote-sensing image data of winter wheat obtained by multispectral UAV.Four machine learning algorithms, partial least squares, support vector machines, random forests, and artificial neural network networks(ANN), were used to build the winter wheat growth monitoring model under film mulching, and accuracy evaluation and mapping of the spatial and temporal distribution of winter wheat growth status were carried out.The results showed that the CGEI of winter wheat under film mulching constructed using the FCE method could objectively and comprehensively evaluate the crop growth status.The accuracy of remote-sensing inversion of the CGEI based on the ANN model was higher than for the individual agronomic parameters, with a coefficient of determination of 0.75,a root mean square error of 8.40, and a mean absolute value error of 6.53.Spectral purification could eliminate the interference of background effects caused by mulching and soil, effectively improving the accuracy of the remotesensing inversion of winter wheat under film mulching, with the best inversion effect achieved on the ridge–furrow full mulching area after spectral purification.The results of this study provide a theoretical reference for the use of UAV remote-sensing to monitor the growth status of winter wheat with film mulching. 展开更多

Considering the difficulty of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method in calculation of the multiple factors and ignorance of the relationship among evaluating objects, a new weight evaluation process using entropy method was introduced. This improved method for determination of weight of the evaluating indicators was applied in water quality assessment of the Three Gorges reservoir area. The results showed that this method was favorable for fuzzy synthetic evaluation when there were more than one evaluating objects. One calculation was enough for calculating every monitoring point. The function of the air target threat evaluation (TE) is the foundation for weapons allocation and senor resources management within the surface air defense. The multi-attribute evaluation methodology is utilized to address the issue of the TE in which the tactic features of the detected target are treated as evaluation attributes. Meanwhile, the intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) is employed to deal with information uncertainty in the TE process. Furthermore, on the basis of the entropy weight and inclusion-comparison probability, a hybrid TE method is developed. In order to accommodate the demands of naturalistic decision making, the proposed method allows air defense commanders to express their intuitive opinions besides incorporating into the threat features of the detected target. An illustrative example is provided to indicate the feasibility and advantage of the proposed method. 展开更多

This paper explores the method of comprehensive evaluation of water resources carrying capacity and sets up an evaluation model applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on the data of nature,society,economics and water resources of the Tarim River Basin in 2002,we evaluated the water resources carrying capacity of the basin by means of the model. The results show that the comprehensive grades are 0.438 and 0.454 for Aksu and Kashi prefectures respectively,where the current water resources exploitation and utilization has reached a relative high degree and there is only a very limited water carrying capacity,0.620 for Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture,where water resources carrying capacity is much higher,and in between for Hotan Prefecture and Bayingolin Mongo-lian Autonomous Prefecture. As a whole,the comprehensive grade of the Tarim River Basin is 0.508 and the current water resources exploitation and utilization has reached a relative high degree. Thus,we suggest that the integrated management of the water resources in the basin should be strengthened in order to utilize water resources scientifically and sustainably. 展开更多
