Groundwater is an important source of drinking water.Groundwater pollution severely endangers drinking water safety and sustainable social development.In the case of groundwater pollution,the top priority is to identi...Groundwater is an important source of drinking water.Groundwater pollution severely endangers drinking water safety and sustainable social development.In the case of groundwater pollution,the top priority is to identify pollution sources,and accurate information on pollution sources is the premise of efficient remediation.Then,an appropriate pollution remediation scheme should be developed according to information on pollution sources,site conditions,and economic costs.The methods for identifying pollution sources mainly include geophysical exploration,geochemistry,isotopic tracing,and numerical modeling.Among these identification methods,only the numerical modeling can recognize various information on pollution sources,while other methods can only identify a certain aspect of pollution sources.The remediation technologies of groundwater can be divided into in-situ and ex-situ remediation technologies according to the remediation location.The in-situ remediation technologies enjoy low costs and a wide remediation range,but their remediation performance is prone to be affected by environmental conditions and cause secondary pollution.The ex-situ remediation technologies boast high remediation efficiency,high processing capacity,and high treatment concentration but suffer high costs.Different methods for pollution source identification and remediation technologies are applicable to different conditions.To achieve the expected identification and remediation results,it is feasible to combine several methods and technologies according to the actual hydrogeological conditions of contaminated sites and the nature of pollutants.Additionally,detailed knowledge about the hydrogeological conditions and stratigraphic structure of the contaminated site is the basis of all work regardless of the adopted identification methods or remediation technologies.展开更多

The necessity and feasibility to develop that system in China are illustrated on the basis of prediction of the demand of energy source in the first half of the 21th century, the status of current fission energy supply and the progress in fusion technology in the world. The characteristics of fusion neutron driver and the potential for transmutation of long-lived nuclear wastes and breeding of fissile nuclear fuel in a blanket are analyzed. The problem of mine water source has always been an important hidden danger in mine safety production.The water source under the mine working face may lead to geological disasters,such as mine collapse and water disas...The problem of mine water source has always been an important hidden danger in mine safety production.The water source under the mine working face may lead to geological disasters,such as mine collapse and water disaster.The research background of mine water source identification involves many fields such as mining production,environmental protection,resource utilization and technological progress.It is a comprehensive and interdisciplinary subject,which helps to improve the safety and sustainability of mine production.Therefore,timely and accurate identification and control of mine water source is very important to ensure mine production safety.Laser-Induced Fluorescence(LIF)technology,characterized by high sensitivity,specificity,and spatial resolution,overcomes the time-consuming nature of traditional chemical methods.In this experiment,sandstone water and old air water were collected from the Huainan mining area as original samples.Five types of mixed water samples were prepared by varying their proportions,in addition to the two original water samples,resulting in a total of seven different water samples for testing.Four preprocessing methods,namely,MinMaxScaler,StandardScaler,Standard Normal Variate(SNV)transformation,and Centering Transformation(CT),were applied to preprocess the original spectral data to reduce noise and interference.CT was determined as the optimal preprocessing method based on class discrimination,data distribution,and data range.To maintain the original data features while reducing the data dimension,including the original spectral data,five sets of data were subjected to Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Linear Discriminant Analysis(LDA)dimensionality reduction.Through comparing the clustering effect and Fisher's ratio of the first three dimensions,PCA was identified as the optimal dimensionality reduction method.Finally,two neural network models,CT+PCA+CNN and CT+PCA+ResNet,were constructed by combining Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and Residual Neural Networks(ResNet),respectively.When selecting the neural network models,the training time,number of iterative parameters,accuracy,and cross-entropy loss function in the classification problem were compared to determine the model best suited for water source data.The results indicated that CT+PCA+ResNet was the optimal approach for water source identification in this study.展开更多

The specific circuit and measured results of some key modules in transmitter are presented, and some outdoor experimental tests have been carried out, which shows that the completed prototype of transmitter can generate a continuous sine current with frequency up to 35.33 k Hz, peak-to-peak amplitude up to 40 A, and realize a reliable transmitting mode with multi-frequency and high-current. The transmitter has a wide operating band, large magnetic moment and high waveform fidelity, and can meet the requirements of shallow geological exploration with high-resolution.展开更多

At the same time, the tendency toward the standardization of data, metadata and services, with the aim of creating common “Language” for the reading and the dissemination of information available, is a basic research area in the global scientific community in this field. The development of WebGIS systems, taking advantage of the free technology, also contributes to finding more economical solutions, where the use of such systems is more directly accessible. The aim of this research work is, through the analysis of technologies for the Internet, and also the architecture of the WebGIS systems, to investigate the possibilities and to develop the appropriate free technologies, so as to design and implement a spatial content management system for the web. Search with the use of the latter, is the best response to the needs and visualization application maps, with scope in rural areas. Drinking high-As groundwater for a long time will lead to various pathological changes such as skin cancer, liver cancer,and kidney ...Groundwater with high arsenic(As) content seriously threatens human life and health. Drinking high-As groundwater for a long time will lead to various pathological changes such as skin cancer, liver cancer,and kidney cancer. High-As groundwater has become one of the most serious environmental geological problems in China and even internationally. This paper aims to systematically summarize the sources,migration, distribution, toxicological effects, and treatment techniques of As in natural groundwater in China based on a large number of literature surveys. High-As groundwater in China is mainly distributed in the inland basins in arid and semi-arid environments and the alluvial and lacustrine aquifers in river deltas in humid environments, which are in neutral to weakly alkaline and strongly reducing environments.The content of As in groundwater varies widely, and As(Ⅲ) is the main form. The main mechanism of the formation of high-As groundwater in China is the reduced dissolution of Fe and Mn oxides under the action of organic matter and primary microorganisms, alkaline environment, intense evaporation and concentration, long-term water-rock interaction, and slow groundwater velocity, which promote the continuous migration and enrichment of As in groundwater. There are obvious differences in the toxicity of different forms of As. The toxic of As(Ⅲ) is far more than As(V), which is considered to be more toxic than methyl arsenate(MMA) and dimethyl arsenate(DMA). Inorganic As entering the body is metabolized through a combination of methylation(detoxification) and reduction(activation) and catalyzed by a series of methyltransferases and reductases. At present, remediation methods for high-As groundwater mainly include ion exchange technology, membrane filtration technology, biological treatment technology, nanocomposite adsorption technology, electrochemical technology, and so on. All the above remediation methods still have certain limitations, and it is urgent to develop treatment materials and technical means with stronger As removal performance and sustainability. With the joint efforts of scientists and governments of various countries in the future, this worldwide problem of drinking-water As poisoning will be solved as soon as possible. This paper systematically summarizes and discusses the hot research results of natural high-As groundwater, which could provide a reference for the related research of high-As groundwater in China and even the world.展开更多
Displacement damage effects on the charge-coupled device(CCD)induced by neutrons at the back-streaming white neutron source(Back-n)in the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)are analyzed according to an online irradi...Displacement damage effects on the charge-coupled device(CCD)induced by neutrons at the back-streaming white neutron source(Back-n)in the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)are analyzed according to an online irradiation experiment.The hot pixels,random telegraph signal(RTS),mean dark signal,dark current and dark signal non-uniformity(DSNU)induced by Back-n are presented.The dark current is calculated according to the mean dark signal at various integration times.The single-particle displacement damage and transient response are also observed based on the online measurement data.The trends of hot pixels,mean dark signal,DSNU and RTS degradation are related to the integration time and irradiation fluence.The mean dark signal,dark current and DSNU2 are nearly linear with neutron irradiation fluence when nearly all the pixels do not reach saturation.In addition,the mechanisms of the displacement damage effects on the CCD are demonstrated by combining the experimental results and technology computer-aided design(TCAD)simulation.Radiation-induced traps in the space charge region of the CCD will act as generation/recombination centers of electron-hole pairs,leading to an increase in the dark signal.展开更多

Methods: The CTA images of 100 patients who had been confirmed by pathology a...Objective: To explore the significance of dual-energy CT non-linear fusion technique in improving the quality of CTA image of renal cancer. Methods: The CTA images of 100 patients who had been confirmed by pathology as renal cancer were collected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases respectively. The two groups of patients were treated with iodine concentration of 300 mg/ml and 350 mg/ml non-ionic contrast agent, with a dosage of 1.5 ml/kg and an injection rate of 4 ml/s. The contrast agent intelligently tracking method was adopted bolus. The control group used the conventional CTA scanning, with a reference tube voltage/tube current of 100 kv/ref150 mas. The experimental group adopted the double energy scanning, with ball tube A and ball tube B. The reference tube voltage/tube current was 100 kv/ref250 mas and sn150 kv/ref125 mas respectively. The images of the experimental group were non-linear fused to obtain the Mono+ 55 kev single-energy images. The CT value, SNR contrast ratio of the abdominal aorta, renal artery and tumor tissue of the experimental group images and the 100 KV images and the Mono+ 55 kev images of the control group were compared. The objective evaluation and subjective evaluation of the image quality of the three groups of images was performed. Results: The results showed that the 100 kV images of the experimental group were statistically different from those of the control group (P05) in CT value, SNR and CNR (P 0.05). And there was no statistically significant difference between the non-linear fusion single-energy Mono+ 55 kev images and the control group images in CT value, SNR and CNR (P > 0.05). The subjective evaluation of image quality showed that there was no significant difference between Mono+ 55 kev images and control group images, and the quality of Mono+ 55 kev images was higher than that of experimental group 100 kV images. Conclusion: The dual-energy CT non-linear fusion technique can improve the quality of CTA image in patients with renal cancer, and it is possible to obtain high quality CTA images with low iodine concentration contrast agent.展开更多

This paper presents the integration of open-source geospatial tools and web technology to visualize and interact with spatial data using web browser. The goal of this paper is to implement a prototype system for web-based mapping by providing step-by-step instructions in order to encourage the eager developers and interested readers to publish their maps on the web with no prior technical experience in map servers. 随着中国人口结构老龄化,公共卫生领域迫切需要应对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)带来的重大社会发展问题。AD临床治疗能够使用的药物十分有限且使用一段时间后治疗效果不佳。尽管全球投入大量物力和财力进行药物研发,但药物...随着中国人口结构老龄化,公共卫生领域迫切需要应对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)带来的重大社会发展问题。AD临床治疗能够使用的药物十分有限且使用一段时间后治疗效果不佳。尽管全球投入大量物力和财力进行药物研发,但药物治疗临床试验进展十分缓慢。近30年来,仅有7款AD药物获得美国食品药品监督管理局(Food and Drug Administration,FDA)批准。传统药物治疗价格昂贵且只能起到延缓AD病情作用,而无法阻止神经元进行性退化过程。因此,探究发展AD新兴治疗手段刻不容缓。光生物调节(photobiomodulation,PBM)是一种非侵入性的治疗方法,利用红光或近红外光刺激细胞代谢和细胞学反应。PBM可以改善脑部代谢和血液循环,修复脑部受损神经元,激发树突和神经元生长,有望发展成为与药物治疗互补的无创伤神经治疗手段。本文阐述了AD病理学特征、致病机理与现有治疗策略面临的难题,综述了PBM治疗AD的细胞与动物模型和临床研究,总结了光疗历史与先进PBM光疗设备研发现状,最后对发展用于AD PBM治疗的先进光子技术与光疗器械装备进行了展望。展开更多

The two groups of patients were treated with iodine concentration of 300 mg/ml and 350 mg/ml non-ionic contrast agent, with a dosage of 1.5 ml/kg and an injection rate of 4 ml/s. The contrast agent intelligently tracking method was adopted bolus. The control group used the conventional CTA scanning, with a reference tube voltage/tube current of 100 kv/ref150 mas. The experimental group adopted the double energy scanning, with ball tube A and ball tube B. The reference tube voltage/tube current was 100 kv/ref250 mas and sn150 kv/ref125 mas respectively. The images of the experimental group were non-linear fused to obtain the Mono+ 55 kev single-energy images. The CT value, SNR contrast ratio of the abdominal aorta, renal artery and tumor tissue of the experimental group images and the 100 KV images and the Mono+ 55 kev images of the control group were compared. The objective evaluation and subjective evaluation of the image quality of the three groups of images was performed. Results: The results showed that the 100 kV images of the experimental group were statistically different from those of the control group (P05) in CT value, SNR and CNR (P 0.05). And there was no statistically significant difference between the non-linear fusion single-energy Mono+ 55 kev images and the control group images in CT value, SNR and CNR (P > 0.05). The subjective evaluation of image quality showed that there was no significant difference between Mono+ 55 kev images and control group images, and the quality of Mono+ 55 kev images was higher than that of experimental group 100 kV images. Conclusion: The dual-energy CT non-linear fusion technique can improve the quality of CTA image in patients with renal cancer, and it is possible to obtain high quality CTA images with low iodine concentration contrast agent.

文摘There is a growing need for web-based geographic information systems for easy and fast dissemination, sharing, displaying and processing of spatial information. The tremendous growth in the use of web and open-source geospatial resources has sparked development of web-based spatial applications to address multidisciplinary issues with spatial dimensions. This paper presents the integration of open-source geospatial tools and web technology to visualize and interact with spatial data using web browser. The goal of this paper is to implement a prototype system for web-based mapping by providing step-by-step instructions in order to encourage the eager developers and interested readers to publish their maps on the web with no prior technical experience in map servers. The implementation of mapping prototype shows the utilization of open-source geospatial tools which results in a rapid implementation with minimal or no software input cost.

文摘随着中国人口结构老龄化,公共卫生领域迫切需要应对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)带来的重大社会发展问题。AD临床治疗能够使用的药物十分有限且使用一段时间后治疗效果不佳。尽管全球投入大量物力和财力进行药物研发,但药物治疗临床试验进展十分缓慢。近30年来,仅有7款AD药物获得美国食品药品监督管理局(Food and Drug Administration,FDA)批准。传统药物治疗价格昂贵且只能起到延缓AD病情作用,而无法阻止神经元进行性退化过程。因此,探究发展AD新兴治疗手段刻不容缓。光生物调节(photobiomodulation,PBM)是一种非侵入性的治疗方法,利用红光或近红外光刺激细胞代谢和细胞学反应。PBM可以改善脑部代谢和血液循环,修复脑部受损神经元,激发树突和神经元生长,有望发展成为与药物治疗互补的无创伤神经治疗手段。本文阐述了AD病理学特征、致病机理与现有治疗策略面临的难题,综述了PBM治疗AD的细胞与动物模型和临床研究,总结了光疗历史与先进PBM光疗设备研发现状,最后对发展用于AD PBM治疗的先进光子技术与光疗器械装备进行了展望。
