In this paper, firstly, the characteristics of the organizational structure of various types of subject students in China's higher vocational colleges are analyzed in depth. Secondly, from the perspective of the construction of work performance evaluation system for head teachers (or counselors) in China's higher vocational colleges, the advantages, disadvantages and shortcomings of the current situation are pointed out. At last, the paper studies from three aspects: to further improve the enthusiasm of college students' administrators and to cultivate their interests and hobbies, and puts forward many innovative measures.展开更多
