It is important for both scholars and policymakers to review the characteristics of China's economy in its present stage in accordance with economic principles-principles that reflect every aspect of economic and social life and macroeconomic regulation. In this paper, we attempt to unravel the characteristics of China's new era from three perspectives-historical materialism, dialectic materialism and epistemology, and in light of economic principles at the three levels of resource factors, modes of production and regulation of resource allocation. Based on these perspectives, this paper further identifies the characteristics of China's new era from nine aspects, including globalization, modernization, the primary stage of socialism, new development concepts, supply-side reforms, the guideline of seeking steady progress, the mentality of scope, bottomline mindset and strategic composure. From the three different levels, this paper summarizes and applies economic principles to propose solutions to the problems and challenges facing China in the new era. The findings of the paper are also relevant to implementation of the guidelines CPC Central Committee General Secretary Xi Jinping noted in his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress.展开更多

Both match, not only in purpose and content, but also in object and subject, as well as in demands for countries and the foundations needed. Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as optimizing production factors,promoting green production standardization, speeding up brand building, and perfecting agricultural socialized service system, so as to promote Guizhou agriculture to realize green development in the new era.

文摘Starting from the historical evolution of China s regional coordinated development policy and practice,three stages of"enlightenment stage","development stage"and"maturity stage",as well as the connotation,characteristics and content of implementing regional coordinated development strategy were analyzed.On this basis,from different aspects of industrial distribution,pollutant characteristics and regional environmental protection policy,the existing ecological and environmental protection problems in China s regional coordinated development in the new era were analyzed,and some suggestions for the next step were put forward.It is necessary to follow the"four ones"concept from the overall point of view,implement"three lines and one list"from the perspective of the width of the access red line,strengthen"joint prevention and control"from the perspective of the depth of regional regulation,deepen the"planning environmental impact assessment"from the perspective of the breadth of industrial distribution,and promote the"green-way model"from the perspective of ecological low carbon.

文摘The high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is a prerequisite and foundation for achieving high-quality economic development in the new era,and the high-quality development of manufacturing industry has to be achieved through that of the manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory of competitive advantage and a literature review of organizational and technological innovations,this paper defines"high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises"and puts forward a dynamic mechanism analysis framework based on the"motivation–behavior"logic for such development.Based on this analysis,the paper proposes the realization paths for high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises,which are the embedding path of platform development based on technology import,the embedding path of platform development based on independent research and development(R&D),the embedding path of bilateral markets based on independent R&D and the embedding path of bilateral markets based on technology import.
文摘As China entered into a new era of development, the primary contradiction facing Chinese society has also evolved. It is important for both scholars and policymakers to review the characteristics of China's economy in its present stage in accordance with economic principles-principles that reflect every aspect of economic and social life and macroeconomic regulation. In this paper, we attempt to unravel the characteristics of China's new era from three perspectives-historical materialism, dialectic materialism and epistemology, and in light of economic principles at the three levels of resource factors, modes of production and regulation of resource allocation. Based on these perspectives, this paper further identifies the characteristics of China's new era from nine aspects, including globalization, modernization, the primary stage of socialism, new development concepts, supply-side reforms, the guideline of seeking steady progress, the mentality of scope, bottomline mindset and strategic composure. From the three different levels, this paper summarizes and applies economic principles to propose solutions to the problems and challenges facing China in the new era. The findings of the paper are also relevant to implementation of the guidelines CPC Central Committee General Secretary Xi Jinping noted in his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress.

文摘During the three decades after the adoption of the Declaration on the Right to Development, the right to development has received wider acknowledgement throughout the international community, and has become a typical example of 'third-generation rights.' The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which puts forward 17 goals of sustainable development, was adopted at the UN Sustainable Development Summit on September 25, 2015. From the contents of the agenda, we can see that the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development highly conforms to the right to development. Both match, not only in purpose and content, but also in object and subject, as well as in demands for countries and the foundations needed. We may regard the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development as setting action targets for the realization of the right to development in the new era. Meanwhile, to realize the right to development in the new situation is to accomplish the aim of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The two adopt different approaches that lead to the same destination.
文摘Under the background of the deepening reform in the new era,promoting the internationalization and construction of higher education is the fundamental path of transforming Chinese universities into world-class universities.This paper mainly studies the challenges faced by the internationalization of higher education in Shandong in the new era and the countermeasures for them.Among them,the predicament is expounded from several aspects,including the international school-running structure,the foreign high-quality educational resources,the international teachers,and the international exchanges and cooperation.Shandong’s higher education is faced with problems in its internationalized school-running structure;hence,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.Shandong Province must adhere to the principle of“adapting measures to local conditions”in order to formulate medium and long-term development plans and pay attention to the construction of international teachers.
文摘With the rapid development of information technology represented by artificial intelligence(AI),there has been a great impact on educational methods,educational behaviors,and educational models.It can even be said that there is a fundamental change.Especially under the influence of the pandemic,educational behaviors have undergone radical changes.The education management information system in primary and secondary schools strengthens the service of labor education for primary and secondary school students,with a data analysis system for labor education.A survey on labor education in 103 primary and secondary schools in the region has been carried out.Information technology can well improve the form of labor education in primary and secondary schools and promote the development of labor education.Big data can be used to objectively analyze the problems of labor education in primary and secondary schools,thus proposing a new era of labor education data analysis system and management for primary and secondary schools.
