Since social media increasingly infiltrates the workplace,it may affect employee innovation.However,how so-cial media use(SMU)affects employee innovation performance remains controversial.Therefore,this study explores...Since social media increasingly infiltrates the workplace,it may affect employee innovation.However,how so-cial media use(SMU)affects employee innovation performance remains controversial.Therefore,this study explores the underlying mechanisms and boundary conditions in the relationship between SMU and employee innovation performance.The research model was tested through a survey of 221 Chinese employees.The results show that SMU is positively re-lated to employee innovation performance,with work engagement acting as a mediator in this relationship.Employee tra-ditionality positively moderates the positive impact of work-related SMU on work engagement,while traditionality has no moderating effect on the relationship between social-related SMU and work engagement.This study focuses on the rela-tionship between SMU and innovation performance based on conservation of resources theory,offering insights into the intrinsic mechanism by which SMU affects employee innovation.Furthermore,this study considers the moderating effect of employee traditionality based on social cognitive theory,enriching the knowledge of how traditionality influences the impacts of SMU.This study has theoretical implications for future research and practical guidance for enterprises regard-ing the proper use of social media.展开更多

The history of Chinese seismology can be traced back to four thousand years before and divided into four stages,i.e.,primitive knowledge,worship of nature,perceptual knowledge and scientific research.The second stage ...The history of Chinese seismology can be traced back to four thousand years before and divided into four stages,i.e.,primitive knowledge,worship of nature,perceptual knowledge and scientific research.The second stage ran in the whole Qin-Han dynasties,and the fourth stage began from Emperor Kangxi in Qing Dynasty and continued to the present.So far China has made four great contributions to seismological development of the world,i.e.,the invention of Heng Zhang＇s seismoscope,great amount of historical records of earthquakes of four thousand years,most abundant anomaly data before earthquakes,and successful practice of earthquake prediction in Haicheng.However,the seismological research in China at present is still on the junior and developing stage.Now we have been carrying on some recessively historical load in our mind such as the subconsciousness of absolute obedience,habit of phenomenological study as well as the methods of philosophical analysis without sincerity.For constructing a high-level Chinese culture in seismological research,we need to pay attention to combining the phenomenological research with experiment,observation and theory study.It is also suggested to take the appropriated measures matched with the present research level in seismology,as well as to promote coexisting and merging of multi-cultures.展开更多
At present,Tradition Chinese Medicine(TCM)industry in China is in the stage from the empirical development to industrial production.Near infrared(NIR)spectroscopy has been widely used in the quality control of TCM'...At present,Tradition Chinese Medicine(TCM)industry in China is in the stage from the empirical development to industrial production.Near infrared(NIR)spectroscopy has been widely used in the quality control of TCM's modernization with its characteristics incuding rapidness,nondestruction,simplicity,economy,and so on.In this study,as one type of a portable micro NIR spectrometer,Micro NIR 1700 was used to establish the qualitative models for identification of geographical region and authenticity of Radix codonopsis based on discriminant analysis(DA)method.Both of the DA models had better predictive ability with 100%accuracy.In addition,a method for rapid quantitative analysis of polysaccharide in Radix codonopsis was also developed based on Micro NIR 1700 spectrometer with partial last-squares(PLS)algo-rithm.In the PLS calibration model,the NIR.spectra of samples were pretreated with different preprocessing methods and the spectral region was selected with different variable selection methods as well.The performance of the final PLS model was evaluated according to correlation cofficient of calibration(Rc),correlation coefficient of prediction(Rp),root mean squared error of cross validation(RMSECV),and root mean squared of prediction(RMSEP).The values of Re,Rp,RMSECV,and RMSEP were 0.9775,0.9602,2.496,and 2.734 g/mL,respectively.This work demonstrated that micro infrared spectrometer could be more convenient and rapid for quality control of Radix codonopsis,and the presented models would be a u1seful reference for quality control of other simi lar raw materials of TCM.展开更多
