The purpose of this paper is to explore the application of evaluation center technology in the selection and training of young cadres, through the research of relevant theories and practices, analyze its advantages and limitations, and put forward corresponding improvement measures, so as to provide useful reference for the selection and training of cadres in universities.展开更多
