The analysis of social media use reveals its dual positive and negative effects on the psychological level of college students. Moderate use of social media enhances college students’ social support and emotional bonds. However, overuse of social media often causes a range of psychological problems such as anxiety, depression and self-identity crisis. In view of this problem, the paper puts forward the strategy to guide college students to use social platforms rationally, and proposes mental health education institutions to strengthen intervention measures to help college students shape healthy social platform use habits and perfect psychological counseling mechanism. Career education is beneficial for enhancing the clarity of students’ future planning and their sense of life purpose, achieving lifelong development. However, at present, the implementation of career education in schools is still insufficient. Both the arrangement and setting of courses and teaching materials, and the forms of implementation need improvement. Inclusive education is a kind of special education mode vigorously promoted in China. In the case of the intersection of the two, mental health education, as the main way to improve students’ psychological quality, should explore courses suitable for all students, and improve the mental health level of all students under the background of inclusive education, so as to promote better development of students. At present, there are some problems in the mental health curriculum, such as formalization and theorization, which seriously hinder the high-quality development of the integrated curriculum. Starting from the current problems of the mental health curriculum, this paper puts forward some targeted solutions to the design of the integrated curriculum in the new era.展开更多

The results show that interaction quality significantly positively predicts acceptance, and that interaction quality indirectly influences acceptance through the chain mediation effect of psychological distance and trust. This study reveals the underlying mechanism between interaction quality and acceptance, providing a theoretical foundation for the application of artificial intelligence in the field of psychological counseling.展开更多

The teaching design of mental health education course refers to the process of analyzing and planning the many elements involved in the educational activities before the teachers of mental health education carry out the teaching activities according to the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development and social needs, based on the principle of group dynamics, and combining with the nature of the course and the requirements of the objectives, by applying the systematic method.
