In recent years, with the continuous deepening of educational reform, private education, as an important part of the educational cause, has faced many challenges and opportunities. The revision and implementation of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Non-State Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China provides legal protection and policy support for the healthy development of private colleges and universities. Taking Liaoning University of International Business and Economics as an example, this paper proposes to improve teaching quality, strengthen social recognition, strengthen internal management, standardize school-running behavior, expand financing channels, enhance school-running strength and pay attention to students’ needs, optimize the service guarantee, in order to provide inspiration and reference for the high-quality development of private colleges and universities.展开更多
