The contents of rutin in sophora japonica were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and methodological investigation was a challenging learning task. By guiding students to consult documents, design the experimental schemes, implement experimental schemes, analyze results, and carry out ideological and political education, students improved in designing experiments independently, solving problems independently, practicing ability, and achieving professional accomplishment. It provides a reference for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents.展开更多

Through a detailed analysis of the characteristics and advantages of the scientific research platform, combined with successful cases, this paper effectively proves the effectiveness of this model in improving students’ innovation ability and employment competitiveness and provides a valuable reference for the innovative development of higher vocational education.展开更多
