Random vector functional ink(RVFL)networks belong to a class of single hidden layer neural networks in which some parameters are randomly selected.Their network structure in which contains the direct links between inp...Random vector functional ink(RVFL)networks belong to a class of single hidden layer neural networks in which some parameters are randomly selected.Their network structure in which contains the direct links between inputs and outputs is unique,and stability analysis and real-time performance are two difficulties of the control systems based on neural networks.In this paper,combining the advantages of RVFL and the ideas of online sequential extreme learning machine(OS-ELM)and initial-training-free online extreme learning machine(ITFOELM),a novel online learning algorithm which is named as initial-training-free online random vector functional link algo rithm(ITF-ORVFL)is investigated for training RVFL.The link vector of RVFL network can be analytically determined based on sequentially arriving data by ITF-ORVFL with a high learning speed,and the stability for nonlinear systems based on this learning algorithm is analyzed.The experiment results indicate that the proposed ITF-ORVFL is effective in coping with nonparametric uncertainty.展开更多

Then the detailed implementation of a novel general fuze model, a novel sea echo model and a novel warhead dynamic effectiveness power field algorithm including the simulation system are presented. Finally, simulation results show good performance of the proposed method. The proposed method can simulate the echo signal when the complex fuze antennas detect target and the sea at the same time, and can truly reflect the target positions hit by the warhead fragments. With the increasing precision of guidance,the impact of autopilot dynamic characteristics and target maneuvering abilities on precision guidance is becoming more and more significant.In order to reduce or even elimina...With the increasing precision of guidance,the impact of autopilot dynamic characteristics and target maneuvering abilities on precision guidance is becoming more and more significant.In order to reduce or even eliminate the autopilot dynamic operation and the target maneuvering influence,this paper suggests a guidance system model involving a novel integral sliding mode guidance law(ISMGL).The method utilizes the dynamic characteristics and the impact angle,combined with a sliding mode surface scheme that includes the desired line-ofsight angle,line-of-sight angular rate,and second-order differential of the angular line-of-sight.At the same time,the evaluation scenario considere the target maneuvering in the system as the external disturbance,and the non-homogeneous disturbance observer estimate the target maneuvering as a compensation of the guidance command.The proposed system’s stability is proven based on the Lyapunov stability criterion.The simulations reveale that ISMGL effectively intercepted large maneuvering targets and present a smaller miss-distance compared with traditional linear sliding mode guidance laws and trajectory shaping guidance laws.Furthermore,ISMGL has a more accurate impact angle and fast convergence speed.展开更多

In this method, the long-short-term memory(LST...In this paper, a filtering method is presented to estimate time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system with tail fins and reaction jets as control variables. In this method, the long-short-term memory(LSTM) neural network is nested into the extended Kalman filter(EKF) to modify the Kalman gain such that the filtering performance is improved in the presence of large model uncertainties. To avoid the unstable network output caused by the abrupt changes of system states,an adaptive correction factor is introduced to correct the network output online. In the process of training the network, a multi-gradient descent learning mode is proposed to better fit the internal state of the system, and a rolling training is used to implement an online prediction logic. Based on the Lyapunov second method, we discuss the stability of the system, the result shows that when the training error of neural network is sufficiently small, the system is asymptotically stable. With its application to the estimation of time-varying parameters of a missile dual control system, the LSTM-EKF shows better filtering performance than the EKF and adaptive EKF(AEKF) when there exist large uncertainties in the system model.展开更多

For multi-antenna systems operating at millimeter-wave bands, hybrid analog-digital struc...Spatial covariance matrix(SCM) is essential in many multi-antenna systems such as massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO). For multi-antenna systems operating at millimeter-wave bands, hybrid analog-digital structure has been widely adopted to reduce the cost of radio frequency chains.In this situation, signals received at the antennas are unavailable to the digital receiver, and as a consequence, traditional sample average approach cannot be used for SCM reconstruction in hybrid multi-antenna systems. To address this issue, beam sweeping algorithm(BSA) which can reconstruct the SCM effectively for a hybrid uniform linear array, has been proposed in our previous works. However, direct extension of BSA to a hybrid uniform circular array(UCA)will result in a huge computational burden. To this end, a low-complexity approach is proposed in this paper. By exploiting the symmetry features of SCM for the UCA, the number of unknowns can be reduced significantly and thus the complexity of reconstruction can be saved accordingly. Furthermore, an insightful analysis is also presented in this paper, showing that the reduction of the number of unknowns can also improve the accuracy of the reconstructed SCM. Simulation results are also shown to demonstrate the proposed approach.展开更多
When the maneuverability of a pursuer is not significantly higher than that of an evader,it will be difficult to intercept the evader with only one pursuer.Therefore,this article adopts a two-to-one differential game ...When the maneuverability of a pursuer is not significantly higher than that of an evader,it will be difficult to intercept the evader with only one pursuer.Therefore,this article adopts a two-to-one differential game strategy,the game of kind is generally considered to be angle-optimized,which allows unlimited turns,but these practices do not take into account the effect of acceleration,which does not correspond to the actual situation,thus,based on the angle-optimized,the acceleration optimization and the acceleration upper bound constraint are added into the game for consideration.A two-to-one differential game problem is proposed in the three-dimensional space,and an improved multi-objective grey wolf optimization(IMOGWO)algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal game point of this problem.With the equations that describe the relative motions between the pursuers and the evader in the three-dimensional space,a multi-objective function with constraints is given as the performance index to design an optimal strategy for the differential game.Then the optimal game point is solved by using the IMOGWO algorithm.It is proved based on Markov chains that with the IMOGWO,the Pareto solution set is the solution of the differential game.Finally,it is verified through simulations that the pursuers can capture the escapee,and via comparative experiments,it is shown that the IMOGWO algorithm performs well in terms of running time and memory usage.展开更多

Why and how to develop cloud manufacturing platform(CMP), however, remains the key concern of both platform operators and users. A microscopic model is proposed to investigate advantages and diffusion forces of CMP through exploration of its diffusion process and mechanism. Specifically, a three-stage basic evolution process of CMP is innovatively proposed. Then, based on this basic process, a more complex CMP evolution model has been established in virtue of complex network theory, with five diffusion forces identified. Thereafter, simulations on CMP diffusion have been conducted. The results indicate that, CMP possesses better resource utilization,user satisfaction, and enterprise utility. Results of simulation on impacts of different diffusion forces show that both the time required for CMP to reach an equilibrium state and the final network size are affected simultaneously by the five diffusion forces. All these analyses indicate that CMP could create an open online cooperation environment and turns out to be an effective implementation of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy.展开更多

First, the simulation-based Bayesian de- sign framework for SSADT is presented. Then, by considering his- torical data, specific optimal objectives oriented Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence is established. A numerical example is discussed to illustrate the design approach. It is assumed that the degrada- tion model (or process) follows a drift Brownian motion; the accele- ration model follows Arrhenius equation; and the corresponding parameters follow normal and Gamma prior distributions. Using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method and WinBUGS software, the comparison shows that KL divergence is better than quadratic loss for optimal criteria. Further, the effect of simulation outiiers on the optimization plan is analyzed and the preferred sur- face fitting algorithm is chosen. At the end of the paper, a NASA lithium-ion battery dataset is used as historical information and the KL divergence oriented Bayesian design is compared with maxi- mum likelihood theory oriented locally optimal design. The results show that the proposed method can provide a much better testing plan for this engineering application.展开更多
In this paper,we introduce an incident angle based fusion method for radar and infrared sensors to improve the recognition rate of complex targets under half space scenarios,e.g.,vehicles on the ground in this paper.F...In this paper,we introduce an incident angle based fusion method for radar and infrared sensors to improve the recognition rate of complex targets under half space scenarios,e.g.,vehicles on the ground in this paper.For radar sensors,convolutional operation is introduced into the autoencoder,a“winner-take-all(WTA)”convolutional autoencoder(CAE)is used to improve the recognition rate of the radar high resolution range profile(HRRP).Moreover,different from the free space,the HRRP in half space is more complex.In order to get closer to the real situation,the half space HRRP is simulated as the dataset.The recognition rate has a growth more than 7%com-pared with the traditional CAE or denoised sparse autoencoder(DSAE).For infrared sensor,a convolutional neural network(CNN)is used for infrared image recognition.Finally,we com-bine the two results with the Dempster-Shafer(D-S)evidence theory,and the discounting operation is introduced in the fusion to improve the recognition rate.The recognition rate after fusion has a growth more than 7%compared with a single sensor.After the discounting operation,the accuracy rate has been improved by 1.5%,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多
Motion control of the human hand is the most complex part of the human body.It has always been a challenge for a good balance between the cost,weight,responding speed,grasping force,finger extension,and dexterity of p...Motion control of the human hand is the most complex part of the human body.It has always been a challenge for a good balance between the cost,weight,responding speed,grasping force,finger extension,and dexterity of prosthetic hand.To solve these issues,a 3D-printed cable driven humanoid hand based on bidirectional elastomeric passive transmission(BEPT)is designed in this paper.A semi-static model of BEPT is investigated based on energy conservation law to analyze the mechanical properties of BEPT and a dynamical simulation of finger grasping is conducted.For a good imitation of human hand and an excellent grasping performance,specific BEPT is selected according to human finger grasping experiments.The advantage of BEPT based humanoid hand is that a good balance between the price and performance of the humanoid hand is achieved.Experiments proved that the designed prosthetic hand’s single fingertip force can reach 33 N and the fastest fingertip grasping speed realized 0.6 s/180°.It also has a good force compliance effect with only 430g’s weight.It can not only grab fragile objects like raw eggs and paper cup,but also achieve strong grasping force to damage metal cans.This humanoid hand has considerable application prospects in artificial prosthesis,human-computer interaction,and robot operation.展开更多
Many complex networks in real life are embedded in space and most infrastructure networks are interdependent,such as the power system and the transport network.In this paper,we construct two cascading failure models o...Many complex networks in real life are embedded in space and most infrastructure networks are interdependent,such as the power system and the transport network.In this paper,we construct two cascading failure models on the multilayer spatial network.In our research,the distance l between nodes within the layer obeys the exponential distribution P(l)~exp(-l/ζ),and the length r of dependency link between layers is defined according to node position.An entropy approach is applied to analyze the spatial network structure and reflect the difference degree between nodes.Two metrics,namely dynamic network size and dynamic network entropy,are proposed to evaluate the spatial network robustness and stability.During the cascading failure process,the spatial network evolution is analyzed,and the numbers of failure nodes caused by different reasons are also counted,respectively.Besides,we discuss the factors affecting network robustness.Simulations demonstrate that the larger the values of average degree<k>,the stronger the network robustness.As the length r decreases,the network performs better.When the probability p is small,asζdecreases,the network robustness becomes more reliable.When p is large,the network robustness manifests better performance asζincreases.These results provide insight into enhancing the robustness,maintaining the stability,and adjusting the difference degree between nodes of the embedded spatiality systems.展开更多

The double frequency processing and non-coherent accumulation tech- nologies are applied to eliminate the impact of data polarity inversion, and then long time accumula- tion improves the input signal-to-noise ratio of discriminator. The frequency locked loop and phase locked loop constitute a carrier loop in parallel, which can meet the high dynamic demands. The contradiction between flammability and packing density is the technical bottleneck for combustible smoke agent.Herein,polyurethane(PU)foams with flammability and resilience were prepared with polyol and isocyanate...The contradiction between flammability and packing density is the technical bottleneck for combustible smoke agent.Herein,polyurethane(PU)foams with flammability and resilience were prepared with polyol and isocyanate as raw materials by chemical foaming method,then compounded with metal powders,polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),phthalic annychide(PA),etc.in a certain proportion and pressed into pyrotechnic grain to obtain eco-friendly combustion aerosols with compact density of about1.15 g/cm^(3).The resulting combustion smoke agent combined the advantages of PU foam and pyrotechnic with easy ignition,large smoke production,long duration and low environmental pollution.The transmittance of aerosols for 532 nm and 1064 nm lasers was close to 0,and the EMI SE reached up to65 d B and 35 d B in GPS band and X band,respectively.In addition,the resulting pyrotechnic grains exhibited good mechanical strength and elasticity for sample 1:25,with a compressive strength of22 MPa and an elastic modulus of 195 MPa.The resulting combustion smoke agent is expected to play a potential role in the field of electromagnetic damage and protection.展开更多

Furthermore, an insightful analysis is also presented in this paper, showing that the reduction of the number of unknowns can also improve the accuracy of the reconstructed SCM. Simulation results are also shown to demonstrate the proposed approach.

文摘When the maneuverability of a pursuer is not significantly higher than that of an evader,it will be difficult to intercept the evader with only one pursuer.Therefore,this article adopts a two-to-one differential game strategy,the game of kind is generally considered to be angle-optimized,which allows unlimited turns,but these practices do not take into account the effect of acceleration,which does not correspond to the actual situation,thus,based on the angle-optimized,the acceleration optimization and the acceleration upper bound constraint are added into the game for consideration.A two-to-one differential game problem is proposed in the three-dimensional space,and an improved multi-objective grey wolf optimization(IMOGWO)algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal game point of this problem.With the equations that describe the relative motions between the pursuers and the evader in the three-dimensional space,a multi-objective function with constraints is given as the performance index to design an optimal strategy for the differential game.Then the optimal game point is solved by using the IMOGWO algorithm.It is proved based on Markov chains that with the IMOGWO,the Pareto solution set is the solution of the differential game.Finally,it is verified through simulations that the pursuers can capture the escapee,and via comparative experiments,it is shown that the IMOGWO algorithm performs well in terms of running time and memory usage.

文摘This paper proposes an adaptive augmentation control design approach of the gain-scheduled controller.This extension is motivated by the need for augmentation of the baseline gainscheduled controller.The proposed approach can be utilized to design flight control systems for advanced aerospace vehicles with a large parameter variation.The flight dynamics within the flight envelope is described by a switched nonlinear system,which is essentially a switched polytopic system with uncertainties.The flight control system consists of a baseline gain-scheduled controller and a model reference adaptive augmentation controller,while the latter can recover the nominal performance of the gainscheduled controlled system under large uncertainties.By the multiple Lyapunov functions method,it is proved that the switched nonlinear system is uniformly ultimately bounded.To validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach,this approach is applied to a generic hypersonic vehicle,and the simulation results show that the system output tracks the command signal well even when large uncertainties exist.

文摘This paper proposes a time-varying sliding mode control method to address nonlinear missile body kinematics based on the suboptimal control theory.The analytical solution of suboptimal time-varying sliding surface and the corresponding suboptimal control law are obtained by solving the state-dependent Riccati equation analytically.Then,the Lyapunov method is used to analyze the motion trend in sliding surface and the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is validated.The suboptimal control law is transformed to the form of pseudo-angle-of-attack feedback.The simulation results indicate that the satisfactory performance can be obtained and the control law can overcome the influence of parameter errors.

文摘Cloud manufacturing is a specific implementation form of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy. Why and how to develop cloud manufacturing platform(CMP), however, remains the key concern of both platform operators and users. A microscopic model is proposed to investigate advantages and diffusion forces of CMP through exploration of its diffusion process and mechanism. Specifically, a three-stage basic evolution process of CMP is innovatively proposed. Then, based on this basic process, a more complex CMP evolution model has been established in virtue of complex network theory, with five diffusion forces identified. Thereafter, simulations on CMP diffusion have been conducted. The results indicate that, CMP possesses better resource utilization,user satisfaction, and enterprise utility. Results of simulation on impacts of different diffusion forces show that both the time required for CMP to reach an equilibrium state and the final network size are affected simultaneously by the five diffusion forces. All these analyses indicate that CMP could create an open online cooperation environment and turns out to be an effective implementation of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy.
文摘In the field of cloud computing, topics such as computing resource virtualization, differences between grid and cloud computing, relationship between high-performance computers and cloud computing centers, and cloud security and standards have attracted much research interest. This paper analyzes these topics and highlights that resource virtualization allows information services to be scalable, intensive, and specialized; grid computing involves using many computers for large-scale computing tasks, while cloud computing uses one platform for multiple services; high-performance computers may not be suitable for a cloud computing; security in cloud computing focuses on trust management between service suppliers and users; and based on the existing standards, standardization of cloud computing should focus on interoperability between services.

文摘This study presents a Bayesian methodology for de- signing step stress accelerated degradation testing (SSADT) and its application to batteries. First, the simulation-based Bayesian de- sign framework for SSADT is presented. Then, by considering his- torical data, specific optimal objectives oriented Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence is established. A numerical example is discussed to illustrate the design approach. It is assumed that the degrada- tion model (or process) follows a drift Brownian motion; the accele- ration model follows Arrhenius equation; and the corresponding parameters follow normal and Gamma prior distributions. Using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method and WinBUGS software, the comparison shows that KL divergence is better than quadratic loss for optimal criteria. Further, the effect of simulation outiiers on the optimization plan is analyzed and the preferred sur- face fitting algorithm is chosen. At the end of the paper, a NASA lithium-ion battery dataset is used as historical information and the KL divergence oriented Bayesian design is compared with maxi- mum likelihood theory oriented locally optimal design. The results show that the proposed method can provide a much better testing plan for this engineering application.

文摘In this paper,we introduce an incident angle based fusion method for radar and infrared sensors to improve the recognition rate of complex targets under half space scenarios,e.g.,vehicles on the ground in this paper.For radar sensors,convolutional operation is introduced into the autoencoder,a“winner-take-all(WTA)”convolutional autoencoder(CAE)is used to improve the recognition rate of the radar high resolution range profile(HRRP).Moreover,different from the free space,the HRRP in half space is more complex.In order to get closer to the real situation,the half space HRRP is simulated as the dataset.The recognition rate has a growth more than 7%com-pared with the traditional CAE or denoised sparse autoencoder(DSAE).For infrared sensor,a convolutional neural network(CNN)is used for infrared image recognition.Finally,we com-bine the two results with the Dempster-Shafer(D-S)evidence theory,and the discounting operation is introduced in the fusion to improve the recognition rate.The recognition rate after fusion has a growth more than 7%compared with a single sensor.After the discounting operation,the accuracy rate has been improved by 1.5%,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘Motion control of the human hand is the most complex part of the human body.It has always been a challenge for a good balance between the cost,weight,responding speed,grasping force,finger extension,and dexterity of prosthetic hand.To solve these issues,a 3D-printed cable driven humanoid hand based on bidirectional elastomeric passive transmission(BEPT)is designed in this paper.A semi-static model of BEPT is investigated based on energy conservation law to analyze the mechanical properties of BEPT and a dynamical simulation of finger grasping is conducted.For a good imitation of human hand and an excellent grasping performance,specific BEPT is selected according to human finger grasping experiments.The advantage of BEPT based humanoid hand is that a good balance between the price and performance of the humanoid hand is achieved.Experiments proved that the designed prosthetic hand’s single fingertip force can reach 33 N and the fastest fingertip grasping speed realized 0.6 s/180°.It also has a good force compliance effect with only 430g’s weight.It can not only grab fragile objects like raw eggs and paper cup,but also achieve strong grasping force to damage metal cans.This humanoid hand has considerable application prospects in artificial prosthesis,human-computer interaction,and robot operation.

文摘Many complex networks in real life are embedded in space and most infrastructure networks are interdependent,such as the power system and the transport network.In this paper,we construct two cascading failure models on the multilayer spatial network.In our research,the distance l between nodes within the layer obeys the exponential distribution P(l)~exp(-l/ζ),and the length r of dependency link between layers is defined according to node position.An entropy approach is applied to analyze the spatial network structure and reflect the difference degree between nodes.Two metrics,namely dynamic network size and dynamic network entropy,are proposed to evaluate the spatial network robustness and stability.During the cascading failure process,the spatial network evolution is analyzed,and the numbers of failure nodes caused by different reasons are also counted,respectively.Besides,we discuss the factors affecting network robustness.Simulations demonstrate that the larger the values of average degree<k>,the stronger the network robustness.As the length r decreases,the network performs better.When the probability p is small,asζdecreases,the network robustness becomes more reliable.When p is large,the network robustness manifests better performance asζincreases.These results provide insight into enhancing the robustness,maintaining the stability,and adjusting the difference degree between nodes of the embedded spatiality systems.

文摘Although the development of machine intelligence is far from simulating all the cognitive competence of our brains, still it is absolutely possible to peel the driving activity from people's cognitive activities and then make the machine finish some low-level, complicated and lasting driving cognition by simulating our brains. The goal of driving is to replace drivers and free them from boring driving activities. Based on some studies on unmanned driving, this paper summarizes and analyzes the background, significance, research status and key technology of unmanned driving and the research group also introduces some research on brain cognition of driving and sensor placement of intelligent vehicles, which offers more meaningful reference to push the study of unmanned driving.

文摘Determining characteristics of the initial fixed-focus are a key technique for the design of laser beam riding guidance missile. Through analyzing the effects of the initial cone information field in guidance and control system of missile, those effects are considered as an approximate lead com- pensation network. The position and time of guidance spot initial fixed-focus can be designed. This method is applied to determine the characteristics of the initial fixed-focus of laser information field for a laser beam guidance gun-launched missile. The results of design and simulation show that the initial cone information field apparently speeds up convergence on the initial trajectory, and provides a guarantee for the implementation of minimum range index of a missile system.

文摘A new tracking algorithm is proposed aiming at the tracking problem in low bit signal-to- noise ratio (i. e. , Eb/N0 ) scenarios, in which the bit clock regenerated by bit synchronization loop decides loop update moment. The double frequency processing and non-coherent accumulation tech- nologies are applied to eliminate the impact of data polarity inversion, and then long time accumula- tion improves the input signal-to-noise ratio of discriminator. The frequency locked loop and phase locked loop constitute a carrier loop in parallel, which can meet the high dynamic demands. The ef- fectiveness of this algorithm has been corroborated by theoretical analysis, simulation and measure- ments, and the new tracking algorithm has been used in an aerospace engineering project successfully.
文摘The technique of terahertz pulses generated from the photoconductive switches has been applied in the ultrafast electrical pulse metrology recently.A lumped-element theoretical model is established to describe the performance of the LT-GaAs ultrafast photoconductive switch used in the ultrafast pulse standard.The carrier transport processes of the photoexcited semiconductor,the attenuation and dispersion during terahertz pulse propagating are considered in the theoretical model.According to the experimental parameters,the waveforms of the generated terahertz pulses are calculated under optical excitations with different wavelengths of 840 nm and 450 nm,respectively.And comparisons between the theoretical results and the experimental results are carried out.

文摘The contradiction between flammability and packing density is the technical bottleneck for combustible smoke agent.Herein,polyurethane(PU)foams with flammability and resilience were prepared with polyol and isocyanate as raw materials by chemical foaming method,then compounded with metal powders,polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),phthalic annychide(PA),etc.in a certain proportion and pressed into pyrotechnic grain to obtain eco-friendly combustion aerosols with compact density of about1.15 g/cm^(3).The resulting combustion smoke agent combined the advantages of PU foam and pyrotechnic with easy ignition,large smoke production,long duration and low environmental pollution.The transmittance of aerosols for 532 nm and 1064 nm lasers was close to 0,and the EMI SE reached up to65 d B and 35 d B in GPS band and X band,respectively.In addition,the resulting pyrotechnic grains exhibited good mechanical strength and elasticity for sample 1:25,with a compressive strength of22 MPa and an elastic modulus of 195 MPa.The resulting combustion smoke agent is expected to play a potential role in the field of electromagnetic damage and protection.
